They deserve no stars. I paid expedited shipping to receive the item within “5-8 business days” and on day 8, the item hasn’t even shipped. They won’t refund the $20 extra I paid for that “expedited” shipping. Terrible customer service! Don’t buy here!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They do not accept returns and when I asked for a refund because a dress did not fit, they refused to give me a refund unless I sent pictures of the dress not fitting (with my back and breasts exposed?? - absolutely not!). I was told a "$3 refund and 20% off my next order" was the "best offer" they could give. Scam, slimy, poor customer service, etc.

Scam of a business I ordered a few dresses from this company they are a Joke! They do not accept returns (even though the website says they do) they ask for personal pictures if you do wish to return and give you a week of emails jumping through hoops ask you to pay $20 to return! don’t waste your money or time with this awful company!

although the website states 100% customer returns - they do not live up to it. The offer you less then 10% if you decide not to ship it back and you must meet very specific criteria in order to get your money back, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

First of all, it took forever to get the first dress which was NOT according to the size guide. Waay too small. The the wrong dress was shipped when I tried again. Now they do not respond to repeated tries to return both dresses. No customer service, period.

Should not be allowed to trade.
This company is a con and rip people off. Poor quality clothing, not at all like picture. Prices are high and not worth it. I’ve written 5 times for an address to return item to. They say they respond in 24 hours. 3 weeks later, no response. How I wish I’d read the rotten reviews. A disgraceful company, avoid at all cost.

Fraud company do not purchase from them! They are ignoring emails from the day my item was delivered and refuse to issue returns address

Do not order from this website!!! The sweater I ordered looks nothing like the picture. I reached out to customer service 4 times to start the return process and they never responded. A $50 sweater with a $2 quality. Not only does it look nothing like the picture, but it itched and is extremely uncomfortable! Stay far away from this online retailer!!

Do not buy. You are wasting your money. Sizes all over the place. Quality very very poor.

I ordered 3 XXL Shirts, 2 wrong sizes. RIPOFFI ONLY PUT ONE STAR BECAUSE I COULDN'T PUT ZERO STARS! I RECEIVED 3 OF THE 7 ITEMS I ORDERED. THEY WERE HORRIBLY MADE AND THE SIZES WERE ALL WRONG! I WANTED TO RETURN THEM AND IT TOOK ME 10 EMAILS TO GET A RETURN LABEL BECAUSE i call the company very hard to find their number is𝟤𝟣𝟦-𝟧𝟢𝟨

Do not order from this outfit. Poor quality, poor sizing and expect you to spend $40/50 to return item to CHINA. They are scammers! Probably make millions before something is done about them - what a shame!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!! The dress I received was very poor quality and was not the same dress as on the website. I contacted Customer Service and was told the return shipping cost would be $20-$30. SCAM! STAY AWAY!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. For one… their cloths are made for very tall people. Their sizing is not to scale at all. The pants I bought didn’t have a hole for the button to go through.
Customer service wise. I asked to return or for a refund. I got none of the sort. They offered a 5% refund and would not accept a return. I never received any type of refund.

Help! So I sure wish I had seen this bf I ordered. I needed my items for a specific event. I have been emailing to cancel my order since I ordered in early May and they still have not arrived. I could tell right away from email it was fake ..but how have they been allowed to stay in business?? I canceled my order but they said they are”too busy to cancel right now and will later”
What does that even mean ?!!! How will I even know it’s canceled ?

Maerdress.com Horrible. Do not buy from them. Dresses are not the material or style in the pictures. They are shiny polyester & poorly made.They make returns & refunds impossible. Total scam and they are expensive. Don’t do it.
