Great people with great knowledge , in my experience , nothing is to bigger ask , or a too stupid question .

Had great customer service, ordered a spa 18 months ago Jun24, they arranged a Hiab to get it over our rear wall, they arrived on time and had the whole job done within a couple of hours. It has since been used 3-4 times a week and has never missed a beat. They have always had our supplies in stock when we pop down and always on hand to answer questions. Thank you :-)

Website give opening times of 10am to 2pm Saturday . Do not waste your time and petrol traveling to them as they are not open and do not answer telephone calls. It is not hard to update your website for opening times.

Avoid this company like the plague! Absolutely shocking service booked an annual Hot Tub cleaning service for the first time and 3 times they failed to show up and when they actually did turn up and provide the cleaning service it was shockingly poor, the guy said that it was the best he could do but it would look better eventually with a little more work (obviously he wasn’t prepared to do this) I then Had not heard from them until they rang to say the bill was overdue to which I replied I hadn’t received it, I asked if they had emailed me and was told yes but it keeps bouncing back, the accounts person was so rude and basically called me a liar, they told me that they wanted it paid there and then otherwise they would commence legal proceedings. I promptly paid which I would have done if I had received the bill despite the poor service. I would never use this company ever again!

I phoned to ask if they could order a replacement pool liner, that would need to be ordered via their wholesaler, who would in turn obtain it from the Canadian manufacturer of my pool.

The response I received in their own words were "the senior engineer says they are too busy". Too busy to help a stressed disabled customer to obtain a replacement pool liner? Clearly I am not valuable enough to be your customer and if this is how you treat people then you are a company that should be avoided at all costs!

Very helpful great service, holding an above ground pool for me and advising on the chemicals required.

Installed the Pool pump and further guidance on the pool refurbishment. The guys were polite and courteous. Hopefully our go to Engineers for Pool issues in the future.
(One star less because I could purchase the Pool pump from other retailer at a reduced price)

Just had our 25 yr old pool liner replaced by Merlin ( they fitted the original ). Excellent job done with no probs - they made it look easy with expert workmanship. When you deal with a company as experienced as Merlin you expect the best and you certainly get it. Thoroughly recommended.

Pool opening from Robin went well this year. Pool left sparkling and has remained clear and clean. Unfortunately, we are low on chlorine tablets as Robin was not carrying full tubs.

Excellent service as always! Friendly service with advice if needed. Always a good stock of chemical supplies for our hot tub.

Been using Merlin for over 20 years. From design, construction to installation then maintenance Merlin have always given very good service. Everyone I’ve dealt with from Steve and Caroline to Clare, Kevin, Ben and Robin have been reliable and friendly. Thanks.

Team Merlin have been so supportive as I tried to understand the world of chemicals required to keep my lovely hot tub. I've gained a bit of "tub wisdom" now with thanks to their patience. I can almost fly alone, but only because Merlin are in the background.

Poor service, never contact you when they say they will and it feels like as a customer you are not valued, I think the lack of pool companies in the area mean Merlin assume they have the monopoly to not take their customers as values

Clare and the team have been excellent. I'd ordered a replacement pump and unfortunately the unit arrived defective (something that couldn't have been known without installing the pump). They've worked hard to get a replacement to me and have been more than happy to update me every step of the way. Would definitely recommend them!

I rang for advice - really helpful. My summer cleaning was completed, my pump reviewed and is working perfectly now. I received a telephone call to update me. So summer ready, all good to go. Really happy as always with my service and contacts with Merlin Pools. All worked around Covid - sterling work everyone, thank you very much. Happy Lady

dont Believe a word they tell ya they lie about when they send your order out all they say is it will be with you tomorrow I’m still waiting for my chemicals and it’s been 9 days still not received them. The truth is they didn’t even have them to send them out got told that by a member off staff. STAY AWAY
