I had a very positive experience with this doctor. He is incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. We didn’t spend a long time discussing or overthinking the details of the surgery – he immediately understood exactly what I wanted in terms of shape, placement, and size (cc) and suggested everything perfectly in line with my wishes.

The result so far is very, very beautiful, and I am extremely happy with it. I have had no pain at all and felt well taken care of throughout the process. I can truly recommend him to anyone considering this procedure.

I was a bit sceptical about flying out to Turkey for my surgery but I can’t knock the whole experience from being picked up from the airport to getting to the hospital. I met my surgeon, Dr Mert Sizmaz on the first day who he explained everything I needed to know and asked regarding my breast surgery. He has done a wonderful job and I am very happy with my results and I definitely wouldn’t think twice about going back to Vanity clinic. I stayed one night in the hospital which was a very clean hospital and then 6 nights in the Mecure hotel where you are well looked after. The after care still continues after you return home from your coordinator and surgeon. Best experience you won’t regret it.

Traveling to Istanbul for my breast augmentation with Dr. Mert Sizmaz was an amazing experience from start to finish. Communication before and throughout the entire process was excellent, which made traveling abroad for surgery feel very comfortable. The hospital staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful, always making sure I felt supported and well cared for. Dr. Sizmaz took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and recommended a specific implant size that aligned with my desired results while still being appropriate for my body proportions. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend Dr. Sizmaz to anyone considering breast augmentation or traveling to Istanbul for cosmetic surgery.

Ich hatte eine Brust-OP bei Dr. Mert und bin durchaus zufrieden. Er ist ein sehr netter und kompetenter Arzt. Er nimmt sich die Zeit für dich und deine Fragen. Am Tag nach meiner OP kam er abends noch in das Klinik-Zimmer um nach mir zu schauen und mir mitzuteilen, dass meine OP gut verlaufen ist. Am nächsten Morgen vor dem Check-Out aus der Klinik war er auch gleich wieder da. Ich bin mit der Arbeit und dem Ergebnis bisher sehr zufrieden ☺️

I chose Mert after seeing his incredible BBL results — especially on a girl named Andrea — and I was seriously impressed.

I also made sure to check his credentials, and seeing that he holds the equivalent qualifications to BAAPS in the UK really gave me peace of mind.

From the start, Mert was so lovely. He really listened to what I wanted, answered every question, and made me feel comfortable the whole way through.

His patient coordinator and the clinic assistants were absolute stars — always just a WhatsApp message away and so patient with me (even when I was being a little dramatic 🤣).

I honestly can’t recommend Mert enough — he’s an artist. At just 9 days post-op I could already see my new shape coming through, and now at day 10, I’m getting more and more snatched by the day.

He’s given me the body I’ve always dreamed of. This hasn’t just been a cosmetic change — it’s truly been life-changing.

I can’t wait to wear dresses I never could before, or low-rise jeans without worrying about that lower belly pooch I could never shift. I’m so, so grateful to Mert and his amazing team!

And when it’s time to redo my breasts in a few years… I’ll 100% be going straight back to Mert!💕

Dr Mert ist ein sehr emphatischer und wirklich professioneller Arzt, der auf deine Wünsche eingeht und das Beste daraus macht. Er ist sehr lieb und vorsichtig und dadurch fühlt man sich bei ihm sehr gut aufgehoben. Ich bin selbst sehr zufällig auf ihn gestossen, wobei ich immer sehr vorsichtig bin, aber kann ihn jetzt mit reinem Gewissen 100% weiterempfehlen.💖

Visited Dr Sizmaz for a minor procedure during my trip to Istanbul in summer.
Dr Sizmaz has excellent bedside manner. He made eye contact and did not rush. Explained everything including alternative options. The procedure went very smoothly. The facility was pristine and I am very pleased with the results.

Uzun süredir düşündüğüm meme büyütme ameliyatımı Mert beye yaptırdım ve iyi ki böyle bir karar vermişim. İlk muayeneden itibaren bana güven verdi, tüm süreci en ince ayrıntısına kadar anlattı. Ameliyat günü ve sonrasında hem kendisi hem de hastane ekibi çok ilgiliydi, kendimi güvende hissettim. İyileşme sürecim beklediğimden daha rahat geçti. Sonuç ise tam hayal ettiğim gibi oldu. I had my breast augmentation with Dr. Mert on August 1st, 2025, and choosing him was truly the best decision I could have made. I flew from Milan to Istanbul just for this surgery, and I’m beyond happy with both the experience and the result.

From day one, Dr. Mert spent so much time listening to me and really understanding my concerns. He even created a real-time simulation to show me how different sizes would look, so we could choose the perfect size for my body. I was starting from a 32B and moving to a 32D, and I was honestly scared that bigger breasts would feel heavy or stop me from training the way I do (I lift weights several times a week). He reassured me, explained everything in detail, and he was absolutely right – they don’t feel heavy at all. In fact, it was more uncomfortable before, constantly relying on push-up bras.

Now I feel comfortable in everything I wear. Every dress and every top fits me perfectly, and for the first time I feel confident in every single situation.

Dr. Mert used Motiva implants, which are based on the latest technology and feel incredibly natural. His technique is phenomenal: my breasts look super natural, you can’t see the implant no matter what I do – even when I’m working out at the gym. I’ve seen a lot of women with results that looked fake, or with implants too far apart, but mine are close, harmonious, and exactly how I dreamed them to be.

The recovery was also much easier than I expected. By day 3 post-op I was already almost back to normal, but maybe that’s just me! Now at day 45, they keep getting softer and more natural every day. No heaviness, no discomfort – it truly feels like I was born this way.

I am so grateful to Dr. Mert – not only for his skill, but also for the time and care he gave me throughout the process. He listened, he understood, and he delivered results even better than what I had in mind. I couldn’t recommend him more.

A fantastic doctor! I showed him a photo of how I wanted my chin to look, and he did exactly what I wanted! He checked me, took my measurements, and immediately understood what he needed to do. The fantastic thing is that I felt no pain after the operation, and I didn't have any complications. He's a very smart and experienced doctor, very confident in what he does (he has golden hands). I couldn't have been operated on by a better doctor. The positive thing is that he's very young, so he's up to date and understands immediately what to do. Thanks again, Dr. Mert. If I need other operations in the future, I'll definitely turn to him!
I recommend it to everyone, you won't regret it.

Un dottore fantastico! gli ho mostrato la foto di come avrei voluto il mio mento ed è riuscito a fare esattamente ciò che volevo!mi ha controllato ha fatto la misura e ha capito subito cosa doveva fare, la cosa fantastica è che non ho sentito nessuno dolore dopo l'operazione e non ho avuto nessuna complicazione, un dottore molto sveglio e esperto, molto sicuro di quello che fa ( dalle mani d'oro), non potevo essere operato da dottore migliore, la cosa positiva che è molto giovane, quindi al passo con I tempi e capisce subito come agire, grazie ancora Dottor Mert, se in futuro avrò bisogno altre operazioni, sicuro mi rivolgerò a lui!
