En plus le prix est super . manychat est super coûteux quand tu veux gérer plus de 10 numéros WhatsApp

Be present 24/7 on your business

One of the most valuable things I found in Message Mind is how natural the AI replies feel. It truly answers like a real human — you honestly can’t tell you’re talking to an AI because you train it to respond exactly the way you would.

It’s an excellent tool to stay constantly present with your clients. You connect your accounts, including your WhatsApp API, and the AI handles conversations automatically. What I really like is the flexibility: at any moment you can take full control of a conversation or assign it to another agent.

Another big advantage is contact management. All leads and conversations are stored in your contact list, which you can export anytime and continue using for ads, follow-ups, or future campaigns.

Overall, it’s a powerful solution for automating communication without losing the human touch.

It’s definitely a tool I’ll be using for my business from now on.

The best thing has the the support team…

The best thing has the the support team who have been available 24x7 to solve all the doubts. The AI is in itself very efficient at getting the desired results. Also the AI is being updated with new features everyday which is a great addition.

Outstanding customer support, and the AI is amazing, it understands everything and you can tailor the replies to your personal taste. So far I'd give them 11/10. It's like a full time employee, very rarely do I need to help or step in.
