First time being there and it was a great experience. My brother-in-law used them last year (1/15/2024) and he was extremely pleased with the personnel and his purchase.
They had the new Florida Goldback in stock and I was able to walk out with my purchase. They were able to give me some great advice on my future plans! Looking forward to going back.

Their communication with customers is…
Their communication with customers is non-existent. Creates problems when dealing with such a tangible but yet intangible product. Makes one feel like you're being deceived. Did not like their process of purchasing gold and silver, however it was my first time in dealing with anybody in purchasing gold and silver. Will deal with someone else next time to see how they work. Have been in sales for my entire 37-year career and don't like the way it was handled. Again the communication was lacking terribly.
