Metro Pins, LLC Opiniones

I completed the design request on the website and had a proof in just a few days! Made just a couple changes and had my approved design in production. The process was quick and easy and Alli was a pleasure to work with! We were on a bit of a time crunch (only a month to have them in hand) so I chose to do the photo screen pins. The colors and quality were fantastic. From ordering to following up on delivery Alli kept in touch. We are a 1st year 10U travel team and will be using Metro Pins in the coming years and giving recommendations for them as well!

Allie was great person to work with. She took care of business quickly, but when we got our package of pins, a portion of it was incorrect. When I contacted Allie about the issue, it took a few days for it to be handled. After a few days of not hearing anything, I did get a refund. I will be using a different company in the future.

Communication during and after the purchase. The pins looked just like what was sent to us. The girls loved their pins

We’ve never ordered trading pins and Metro Pins made it easy and quick. I appreciated the help in design and the speed in manufacturing and shipping.

Jennifer made the process smooth from the start! She was super helpful and the pins turned out perfect! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks!

I have been working with Metro Pins for many years and each year they take good care of my needs for my teams. Thank you!

Overall my experience was wonderful. They were always communicating back with emails. They were patiently waiting for me to get back and they adjusted things. Fast shipping when I needed the pins. The only thing i wish they would of adjusted was the mock up our pins on the mock looked lighter in color but it was because of the background they had it on. When we received pins the colors were dark on dark colors and couldn't see very well.
But honestly overall, customer service and pricing was great 👍🏽 💪🥎

Super easy to get proof together!!! Prices compared to any and all place! Best customer service around!!!

The customer service was amazing and our pins turned out great!! Everyone on our team was so impressed and I have other teams asking where we got them.

They worked quickly to get the pins designed and shipped so we had them for Cooperstown! Great communication and customer service.

The customer service was as amazing as the product. Would definitely give them our business again!

I will continue to use Metro Pin because of their amazing customer service and communication. The pins turned out great!

They arrived fast and as pictured. They responded very quickly to every edit.

Customer service was top notch. The designer was quick to have a design to me for our trading pins and was quick to make any changes I wanted to the design. I originally wanted soft enamel pins but due to the time constraints we had to change to photo screen & I was a little hesitant. I received the pins a week & a half before my deadline AND the photo screen exceeded my expectations. I will definitely order from MetroPins again in the future. Thank you guys!

Exceptional customer service, design was exactly what we were looking for. Quick turnaround! Definitely going to use again

The metropins people were very great to work with. They made our design and had the pins out in record time. I would highly recommend them!

They were very quick to get designs and make changes as needed. Plus, make sure we got them in time for our tournament.

Our pins for Cooperstown look FANTASTIC!!! They really listened to my ideas and gave great suggestions. This was my first go around with trading pins and I did not want to disappoint our players!! I definitely put in the work and shopped around and Metro really outdid themselves! Thank you!!

Chelsea was awesome from the first email through the end of the process. It was so easy! Pins came 2 weeks earlier than expected. I gave her the logo and some ideas and with a couple of hours I had a design that was really close to what the finished product ended up looking like. Three email later it was done. A little over a month later pins arrived and look perfect!

I can't say enough good things about Metro Pins!!!
