I got my initial mortgage with help from these guys and I also just recently remortgaged with them too and I'd highly recommend them. My advisor was Ellie R. And she was polite, professional and punctual, always giving me regular updates on the process throughout. I had a very smooth and pleasant experience with MFB. From start to finish they kept me in the loop with updates and answered all questions that I had, being a new home owner I had a LOT.
Emily Osbaldeston and Samantha Roberts were absolute angels, from start to finish which has been about 4 months in total, they replied to my emails almost instantly and helped me out with my solicitor who wasn't the best at replying. I can not fault them at all, they really cared about my case and I felt comfortable that I had no issues messaging them at any time.
