I had ordered raffia handbag with leather accents. Unacceptable bad quality. Zipper is too short. It is too short so there is a hole on right end of handbag. Smell is the worst. Leather handle smells like recently killed wild animal. Did they killed and skinned ship or cow and w no hesitation attached fresh leather handle still slightly bleeding? Don’t order , they are waste of time and 8$ for return. Company should be out of biz asap.
Smell was so puking induced I packed this handbag ASAP . Will call my card abt refund for return.

The shoes were well made and arrived as pictured on the website. They were very fast on exchange requests which I have done on a couple of orders.

The company makes quality shoes and I have been a loyal customer for many years. The one star here is for unresponsive customer service. I inquired about a shoe that I had purchased three times already to see if it would be available going forward in the same or in different colors. I reached out four different times over the course of six months to no avail. I have now switched my loyalty to a competitor and will not buy from this company again.

I feel in love with M. GEMI brand, and bought a pair of Cerchio, because these stylish leather sneakers go above and beyond similar designs. They are masterfully crafted for an elegant appearance and comfort to the feet, thanks to the cushion soles! I have wide feet, therefore, I ordered half a size up, and they fit true to my size. I highly recommend M. GEMI brand.

I recently bought a second pair of the Filare men’s loafers. Needed to have a back up pair I love my first ones so much. I wish they would bring back the Esperto. I would buy another two pairs! They are excellent dress shoes and made in Italy too.

Excellent shoes. They come very quickly.I love everything I have purchased and find myself buying quite a few pairs. Every time I’ve had a problem with them it was fixed immediately even the one time I messed up my payment myself and had to change it they were awesome to help. I don’t know which I love more, their customer service or their shoes.
