Very quick and Easy
Very helpfully took a week to sell. Oliver who initially came and sorted out the selling process.Then Nicky who was the sales progressor. Had a lot of questions from the buyer , as normal. But dealt with it carefully. All went very well.Thank you

Extremely helpful, efficient and friendly
MGY have been extremely helpful from a buyer's perspective. Always quickly responsive to emails and calls, and very friendly both in person and via other communication. Special thanks to Nicky in the Sales Progression team for always keeping me up to date and ensuring everything ran as smoothly as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to use MGY again.

I would highly recommend using MGY in…
I would highly recommend using MGY in Pontcanna, we purchased a property with them and the experience was a good one. Oliver was excellent, professional and very diligant throughout. Correspondence was timely, and thorough. We will be using this Estate Agent if we move in the future.
