Thanks team. Diwali family hamper was great. It had enough stuff to make a couple’s Diwali brighter. All faral items were great with right amount of sugar in sweet items for healthy eaters.Looking forward for more festive treats for upcoming Marathi fewtivals.

Contents were not as expected

Purchased Diwali snacks but Customer support is very poor. Need to chase multiple times to get responses. Refund process is also slow. I would rather cook at home next time or can get it delivered from India via Fedex in less time. Would not recommend:( sorry

We bought this again this year as we were happy with the quality. Unfortunately this year the quality was disappointing. The dough was very thick, dry, brittle and crumbly and fell away from the filling, which meant that it was not very palatable. The inside filling was fine hence the 2 star, else it would have been a 1 star. £15 is very steep therefore modak needs to be authentic.

The first batch of mangoes I ordered was wonderful but sadly the last two batches were not good at all. When I tried to ask for a return for the final bad batch, I was told that they could not offer me either a refund or a replacement even though I was well within the rights according to the return policy agreement; they also failed to return my emails on this matter when I tried to challenge the matter; I won’t be choosing this company again and have subsequently found a much better one:

We got the mangoes delivered in reasonable time. Tasty mangoes but many were bad inside which nobody is going to know until they are but still disappointing to find many not goodin the centre.

The delivery was absolutely rubbish!
I had ordered 12 mangoes and when they arrived (2 boxes of 6) they were all squished and inedible. The boxes were not sturdy and there was no extra packaging in place to avoid any damage from the delivery service. I had to throw out 4-5 of them as they were ruined in the process. Do better!

The service is excellent. Communication before delivery and information about products is accurate. You get what you are told. In the season they endeavour to provide quality mangoes from India. Moreover, throughout the year they also have products which are freshly made such as masalas, different kinds of flours; rice, sorghum (jowar), thalipeeth etc.
They courier all over UK. Very reliable and trustworthy.
Try them and you will not regret.
