Dreadful DO NOT ORDER from Debenhams with this company . Faulty sofa waited for 2 pick up dates to return and still no pick up or refund . Waiting on bank to claim back the money . Awful customer service .

Too many cooks!

Ordered item for my daughter via Tesco Marketplace - clubcard price and points. One box delivered when should have been two. Contacted DHL and was told (after over 1 hour on hold) only one item on manifest. Contacted MH Star and was told it was untrue to say only one item and that DX Shipping (not DHL?) would deliver the outstanding item. This was Friday. I phoned DX on Saturday to see when to expect the item and was told - wait for it - only one item on their manifest and that is what they had delivered. I phoned MH Star again to be told not true and - again - that I await delivery. I was put on hold for about 2 minutes whilst the courier was contacted. This surprised me as I had spent ages on hold trying to get through. Maybe MH Star have a 'bat phone' and can get through quicker? So today the 2nd parcel came - not via DHL - not via DX - but via Express Parcels. I have no idea why x2 parcels dispatched at (I assume) the same time arrive days apart. Maybe having x3 courier companies involved is why? Product itself is fine and I've no ideas with it, but the kudos for this goes to HomCom and not to MH. I've read elsewhere that these split deliveries are common with MH. If so, then, being told this at the outset might have saved me time, money and stress.

Replacement parts

I had bought a self-assembly mini-greenhouse from Amazon which was fine, except that some of one type of fixing were missing. I contacted this company, and they sent replacements within a few days. Throughout they were attentive and efficient.

Worst service ever

Ordered something for my 2 years via B&Q,saying next day delievery-supplied by MH Star Ltd,didnt arrived the product on time,passed 2 days after the time given,when I called them,they saying the delivery will be after 3 days because of weekend,never saw or experienced this situation,then I had to cancel the order and ask for refund,and the response was:they won't refund me until 48 hrs!
So I called then again after 48 hrs,regarding my refund and the most amazing response was:they won't refund me until the courier company doesn't return their product and they get it back in the warehouse,then I had to response to their email and I wrote a review on the B&Q app obviously their product page,which was 2 days back and they didnt accept my review either and the reason was:my review doesn't match their guidelines,just because I said the third party service is totally rubbish ever and I ahvent got my refund

Do not buy these products from any supplier or distributor.

They openly say they will not supply the missing parts of there products if you don’t buy direct.

Avoid at all costs these products as you have have a product that has missing parts

I ordered a metal shed it arrived a week late checked and one bracket missing got in touch and was told bracket was unavailable and to buy a bracket myself.When we went to erect shed found nothing lined up all the holes were not in line after four hours we gave up .I packed the shed up away and contacted them to come and pick it up they said they wanted photos of the uneven holes but I had already packed the shed away and there’s no way I was spending another four hours trying to put up again so without photos no refund cowboys

MHstar Uk LTD do not buy from them!!!!!

Do not trust this company. I bought a gazebo of them through Tesco marketplace. They delivered the item to the wrong address and are unwilling to redeliver to the right address. They are unwilling to do a refund and have basically told me to go get the item myself. Next level poor customer service. I have informed Tesco and will be raising a complaint. Do not use them in of your orders!!!!

KIDS QUAD BIKE CAUGHT ON FIRE

Brought a kids quad bike for my 6 year old daughter from this company via Wowcher the quad bike caught on fire - LFB said there was a serious fault with the bike , MHstar have taken back the bike but not refunded me despite multiple emails and calls - then lied and said they never received the bike which is a lie . And not to mention injuries were sustained during the quad fire . Terrible company never again

Does anyone have a valid email contact for this company ?
I have had an order cancelled and they are not refunding me and it has been a good while
I had 2 parts (of 8) delivered that were not fit for purpose and they are refusing to collect despite it being up to them to do so
I am being cut off live chat every time I try and contact them, there is no way of retrieving chats to your email.
no valid email contact that I can see, my last review I was just given the same old "please contact us so we can help" yada yada yada crap , but there is no way of doing so !!

Avoid even through Amazon

Ordered 2 chairs through Amazon. Both were supposed to be delivered on the 2nd of Feb. Neither have been dispatched to date (6th Feb).

Have tried to cancel this order with absolutely no success. I was told it'll take 24-48 hours. Then a further 24 hours. Then another 72 hours. Today I get an email it'll be delivered on Tuesday the 10th Feb.

Amazon can't contact the seller, nobody can do anything, and I'm £300 down for a product that judging on other reviews will either never arrive or be faulty.
