Micartera.app looks great, but looks are deceiving.
This website promises to simplify your tax declaration in Spain. You upload the data from your broker (in my case, Interactive Brokers) and then the tool generates a report. I have had several problems. First, the system simply would not allow me to upload one of the required files. Then, it would not generate the report, giving me an error message. I sent an email requesting help (the email address is not easy to find, by the way - I had to search on google rather than on the web site). Anyhow, no response. I logged in today, and I can now see the report (but can't download it, even after clicking the download button). I can already see a major error - the tool tells me that many of the losses on my options trade are subject to the 2-month rule (wash sale rule). However, this is not true in Spain: options are NOT subject to that rule, which makes me lose all faith in the tool. Overall, a disaster. Poor customer service (still no response to email send more than 2 days ago). Many features don't work (can't download PDF, can´t upload certain files. And worst of all, the result is clearly inaccurate. Don't waste your money.
