My review relates to the Woburn Sands branch.

The sale of my house took a mammoth seven months, but this was absolutely no fault of the staff at Michael Graham. Under very challenging circumstances, they were all fantastic throughout and worked tirelessly towards the end to ensure I didn’t lose my onward purchase.

I’d especially like to mention Saoirse who handled the transaction as though it were her own when it mattered most.

Thank you all so much — your hard work and dedication were truly appreciated.

We had a very successful morning with Claire. The first house we saw wasn't right for us, Claire chatted with us and understood what we wanted. We weren't booked with any other houses as our second choice had gone under offer. Claire didn't want us to have a wasted journey, she managed to get keys and get us viewings at different houses that hadn't been on our radar. Her enthusiasm was contagious so off we went and we have just offered on the last house we saw which we hadn't even thought of viewing! Great job!!

Appreciate all the fantastic work by Michael Graham estate agents, with a SPECIAL shoutout to to Steve Tillyer, for going above-and-beyond to see us through to completion. This sale would have collapsed if it wasn't for his tireless efforts to coordinate seller, buyer and solicitors on both sides. His experience and steady hand kept everything on track.

We would like to thank the team at the Aylesbury office for their hard work and patience. It took a long time to complete our move, and they supported us all the way. Now we are enjoying our new home.

Ollie came to take the photographs of my house prior to it going on the market. What a pleasure! Here was someone who clearly loves his job. He was so cheerful, friendly and happy as well as being professional and efficient. Putting one's house on the market can be stressful.
