1 star because I can't give 0
I ordered a subscription box back in 2024, and they never sent it. They have consistently refused to answer my enquiries for the past two years, and have blocked me across all social media.
Thanks for replying, MJMarket. I can't upload screenshots, but I still have the email confirming that I purchased the box on July 17th, 2025. I also have a screenshot, which I took today, saying that my order, number #1136 is "currently Processing". I'd be glad to share these with you.
I did speak to my bank about a dispute; however, as more than 30 days had passed (the box was supposed to be shipped in November 2024), there was nothing they could do.
I disagree that the communication became abusive; after my first message was ignored, I pursued, as any customer would have done, and my message was as follows:
"Hi, I ordered a Moonwalker subscription box, and it still hasn't arrived. Every time I try and track it, it just says processing. I sent a message on your official site, but got no reply. I was wondering if you have any information on it? Thanks."
Again, I'm more than happy to provide screenshots of proof of purchase.
