If I could give 0 stars I would!!! I purchased a Bella Air with 2 portable batteries, the batteries drained incredibly fast in the first 3 months of usage and wouldn't even make it through a client sometimes. Now... within 2 weeks of each other both baatteries stopped working, the minute they are unplugged from the charger they turn off. I'm in Australia and I paid almost $2,000 AU I can't believe it, 3 months usage is all I got!! Please do not bother with Microbeau devices, soooo many people are having the same problem with these batteries and the company has done nothing to rectify the issue with them, they should have been recalled if they were this bad!!! I wish I had read reviews before purchasing.

I really wanted to love my Bellar Air because the machine itself performs well, but the battery life is extremely disappointing, especially for a device at this price point. The battery drains very quickly, and after looking online, I found several other artists reporting the exact same issue. This makes it seem like a recurring flaw rather than an isolated problem with my machine. A professional wireless device should reliably last through appointments without constantly needing to be charged. I hope Microbeau acknowledges the issue and offers a real solution, because the battery problem makes it difficult for me to recommend the Bellar Air.

I am sharing my experience here too as I see they have identical websites and email addresses for when things go wrong: FK Irons have the worst after sales support. If there was a "0" rating I would use that. Two and a half months after receiving a permanent makeup device with two dead, broken batteries, I still have no solution from them. You get a case number but no one ever knows what to do. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM FK IRONS.
