Hi Tim,

Thank you for taking the time to write this review and bringing this issue to our attention.

The tracking information that would have been sent you you by us and Royal Mail shows that it is out for delivery and has been since the 18th of August. Obviously this is severely delayed and our apologies for this.
We will send out a new order for you on Monday morning .

Apologies again for this inconvenience.
We have also emailed you directly.

Very fast delivery

Very fast delivery, and product purity, no adverse effects.
I wish they would change the way to pay more simple as sometimes you have to do it often to achieve the purchase.

Hi Liz,

Thank you very much for the kind words.

We are looking to onboard a debit and credit card payment processor very soon. It's very difficult in this industry.

Have a good day and thank you again.
