A REAL disappointment
A REAL disappointment. Customer "service" has stopped responding, there are bugs that are being "actively investigated" and never fixed (and - you guessed it - upon enquiry nobody responds anymore; and no, when I pay for a subscription, I do NOT want to rummage through Discord for a "community answer" - what is this - a software development gig??), and the flow is generally way worse than I had hoped. It's a great idea, but there are miles between what they say it is and what it really is. The devil is in the details. I have also noticed that they are now teaming up with a lot of content creators who are flogging subscriptions; I can only guess they're trying to hail-mary it at this point.
