No customer service
Wish I had read Trust Pilot first. Purchased goods which arrived late, then discovered incomplete and didn't work. Emailed customer service a number of times, no response.
Stay clear of Mighty Deals

Expired code but replaced by customer support
I made a purchase and I received an expired code but the customer support was really great and helped me sort that out in just a couple of hours so this made me gain more confidence in this website. Thanks!

Horrible customer support - Stay Clear!!!
Horrible customer support. Simply sells 3rd party products, but then disappears into a black hole and does not respond to emails. HORRIBLE!!!

Hi, you actually bought from www.mightydeals.co.uk and not www.mightydeals.com, which is an entirely different company, located in the US.
This is the best site for designers!
mightydeals.com saved me a lot of money buying fonts, mockups and other digital resources for designers. This is the best site I know!

Bought some fonts and paintbrush things…
Bought some fonts and paintbrush things from them over the years. Sometimes a bit of a waste of money and a bit overpriced despite the claimed discounts but never had a problem receiving the digital goods.

Thanks for your purchase, Raymond and thanks for the great feedback. We actually don't have any issues with the digital file deliveries. All of the complaints on Trust Pilot are related to a different company that's based in the UK that's also running a deals site under the name Mighty Deals and they seem to deliver really bad service. Their customers unfortunately think that we are the same company, so they post their bad reviews on Trust Pilot, which tarnishes our reputation, despite us delivering top notch service, so they are defaming the wrong company.
This company is operating a scam.

You did not purchase us and are confusing us with the wrong company. We are MightyDeals.COM. You must have purchased from MightyDeals.CO.UK which is a completely different company, located in the UK. Please remove this review and star rating, because you are posting this for the wrong company. We have received lots of complaints about the UK company, which is not surprising, considering that they copied our name too.
