If you’re looking at your first home, second home, refinancing or refixing, then I would absolutely recommend getting in touch with Gina from Mike Pero Mortgages. I’ve dealt with at least 3 other mortgage brokers in the past and was left wondering what the point even was in using them, I could probably do a better job myself directly with the banks. Luckily I was recommended to get in contact with Gina. Gina has 100% changed my mind. Her knowledge of the lending industry is second to none in my opinion. She listened to what my partner and I needed and quickly matched us with a lender and strategy for getting our lending approved. We only had very limited time to close on our conditional offer and Gina did exactly what she said she would when she said she would do it. We went from our very first phone call to approval in 1 week (a massive contrast to our last broker who had spun us around for over 2 months!). She also helped us arrange our insurances which had extremely competitive pricing (a few hundred $ cheaper per month better than anything I could arrange myself). If you’re having second thoughts about using a broker like we were then take this as your sign to give Gina a call, you will not be disappointed!!
