We've now worked with Khouanchai Adams twice. Once to re-fix and shift banks on our existing property, and again for pre-approval on a new purchase. Both times, she was absolutely brilliant.

She's professional but doesn't make you feel like just another client. Every question we had (and we had a lot!) was answered clearly and without us ever feeling silly for asking. Her background in banking made a real difference, our pre-approval came through faster than we expected.

What stood out most? She genuinely cared. You could feel her excitement for us, which made the whole process so much less stressful. Fast responses, quick to move, and always on top of things.
