I received a dress that did not fit. Although, I was within terms to return for a refund I was told the cost to ship back “over-border” would be too much. They would give me a $20 coupon for a dress that was much more than $20. So if you are located in the US, you will be stuck with whatever you purchase and receive no refund.

Never received my order. They argued that it was shipped! We have TWO CAMERAS, and I never received my merchandise, which was for my husband’s birthday(8/14). I ordered two weeks prior going by the 7-14 days shipping! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER(recording that they no longer accept phone calls, leading you to an online ROBOT, that wants $5(refundable lmao)refund for MY INFORMATION ABOUT THE ORDER! Scam! I am contacting an attorney, so they better get PICTURES OF MY DELIVERY TO PROVE IT WAS DELIVERED!! I want MY MONEY BACK MIDELLY!!! Almost $160.00!!!!!! I am NOT DONE TEARING THEM A NEW BUTT!! I called the BBB as well, based on the UNRESPONSIVE attention to my complaint. I might have them AUDITED NEXT! Hope they are NOT USING A IPS ADDRESS!!! THEY HAVE TO LOL!🤬

The dress was expensive yet horrible quality, plus the strap that laced in the back was broken. I couldn't even wear it and threw it in the trash. DO NOT BUY ANTHING FRIM THIS COMPANY

Absoluter reinfall. Ich habe 2 Kleider bestellt wobei nur 1 angekommen ist. Das zweite kam nie. Die Qualität ist absolut miserabel und nach 1x waschen nicht mehr erkennbar. Mein Geld hab ich nie wieder gesehen. Auf meine emails an den Support kam nie eine Antwort.

Horrible quality of clothing. Took about a month to get the dress i ordered and it wasn't even the dress! It was a totally different color. The dress looked like a large garbage bag. Nothing like the photo. Do not buy from here. Waste of money. Can't return or get money back what so ever. You'll never get a response from customer service

please please dont buy from this website and save your money and time - i ordered 2 dresses one that was never shipped and another i received something completely different from what i ordered (i ordered a prom dress and received one of those beach dresses completely black) it's honestly funny that they sent that out and thought they would get away with it thank god my bank was understanding but dont waste your time!!!

I never usually write reviews but I’d recommend avoiding this website completely.
I purchased faster shipping and didn’t receive my order for just over a month after.
I contacted for support because after the long wait I received the wrong size, I haven’t been contacted or received a refund.

Terrible company. Never received my purchase and reached out so many times for a refund and never got a refund or response. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Report to Better Business Bureau so they can not continue to fraud people.

Don’t waste your money.
I bought a dress for my gf to wear for Valentine’s Day on January 18th.
I even paid extra to have it delivered in 5-7 days.
Well I didn’t get it until January 30th. So I paid that extra shipping fee for nothing.
Then the material for the dress looked nothing like the picture on their website.
When my gf tried it on, she couldn’t get the zipper to go all the way up.
And yes it was the right size and wasn’t too small for her.
We even tried to get it to zip up when she wasn’t wearing it, and it still wouldn’t zip up.
We spent maybe 45 minutes trying to zip it up and then the zipper broke off.
Also the bow was separate from the dress and it wasn’t even spread out like a bow should be.
It was all hanging down and didn’t look right.
It had a little safety pin glued to it on the dress. When I tried to pin it, the safety pin broke off too!
So yeah, it was made with crappy material.
Again, don’t order from them, and save your money.
I wrote to them about how terrible the dress was, but after reading some reviews, I doubt I’ll hear back from them.

It’s a fake website do not buy from them. I didn’t receive my order and when I contacted the customer service email I got a bounce back saying it doesn’t exist.

they arent even responding to me at all and i dont even expect to get my order. its a fake website and not cheap at all. i filed a police report and am going through my visa to get a refund at the moment

Don’t buy! I bought a house of CB dupe dress on this website in size small. It came and was way too big and the material and design looked a lot cheaper than the photos. I emailed them as there is no return page on their website and they never responded . And it’s not cheap!!
