Great
We have used Dave bates since getting a mortgage and for any renewals. Both my husband and I have found him very friendly and trustworthy. He always explains everything in normal terms and always finds the best fit for us. I would definitely recommend him and will definitely go back to him for our next renewal

Less stressful than I feared!
I turned to Miles Rhode to review my mortgage; Vicky Hasdell took on my case. She is local to where I live and that eased our meetings. She reviewed my existing mortgage and my current financial position. She presented options to me and carried out my wishes. She was always helpful and explained things carefully to me. First time buyers
As first time buyers Kevin Mitchell was recommended by a colleague. Having never been in this situation before Kevin’s advice and expertise was welcomed. Kevin took away all the stress, eased anxieties and was with us all the way, whether it be by phone or email. We have used Kevin Mitchell for our mortgage arrangements for many years, and the ultimate accolade I can give to Kevin is to say we have also recommended him to our five children to arrange their mortgage needs.
