I ordered a hat with ribbons. A representative reviewed each ribbon/tank of the order. When I received my hat (beautifully done) they changed the last round ribbon (MTI instructor award) with a NATO ribbon. Called them, spoke to a representative, asked for management all to no avail. Requested a refund. No! So I am out $80. And have a hat I cannot wear. In short-i was cheated..

I received my sweatshirt with my husbands ship name and hull # on it. It arrived on time and met above all expectations. The company contacted me with a question which I would have never known about. Also the company is right here in the USA. What more could I ask for. I could not be any happier and my husband was so excited to get this

Ordered an old salt style cap, got a ball cap instead. Email to them never answered.

I have been ordering Challange coins and ball caps from them for a few years now, the prices are great, I always recieve my items quickly and in great condition. I contact alot of homeless veterans, and they LOVE the coins they recieve from Military Best. A great organization!

Ordered Air Force and Army decals but received Navy decals. After contacting the company, Eli got the right decals to me in 5 days! Also, this company knows how to pack and ship decals so they arrive undamaged!

Just wanted to make sure I wrote a great review for this American made company! I ordered a custom hat and license plate and military best did a stellar job. I absolutely LOVE my hat and my favorite part is I requested that they took special care packaging it so it did not get smashed. They not only did that but they wrote me a little note ensuring they would and they thanked me for my service. I really appreciated that and I really appreciate them! My hat hat is super cool by the way! Anyways thanks again Military Best!!!

I ordered a jacket from them and the diameter of the sleeves were so large you could almost put your legs in them. I tried calling customer service to get a return shipping label and they refused. Their idea of "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" is to ship you (customer pays the shipping) something that looks too bad to wear out is to have you pay shipping back to them and they will take it back. Customer service is rude to customers.

On July 2, 2023, I ordered a Polo shirt and I still haven't received it yet, what is the problem?

I have been buying my awesome quality military gear here for many years now. ALWAYS great product in stock, with great prices too! I can find the US Navy ships I served on over 25 years ago here on shirts, hats, decals etc!
