My order for 2 Tourniquets came in 2 weeks! Looks good. Came with instructions, too. My only complaint is that the instructions are obviously translated into English by someone from a different language, but seem to be good.

The product looks nothing like in the picture and is made of cheap materials providing barley any protection clearly just a cash grab. Do not reccomend.

1) Over 30 days and still no product
2) continues to lie about the shipping
3) ships from overseas

I believe that all you are doing is ordering from Temu which I can do without them. Ordered on 3 February and it’s now 2 March and allegedly been shipped from their warehouse 10 days ago?

My purchase has still not arrived after 31 days. From its arrival in Memphis the product could have walked to Huntsville.
The customer service has been slow to offer any type of assurance or updated time line.

This seemed like a legit company with at least decent reviews if not good. They were running a sale on a sun hat so purchased it hoping it would A. Fit (it was a unisex, canvas hat with snaps on the side/wide brim/chin strap). B. Have a wide enough brim. C. Look nice and not like a bucket hat.
1. Whoever delivered the package placed it on the grass almost in the gutter. I almost mistook it for a piece of trash that had blown in the yard.
2. The package had an address of someone in Zhejiang Province named Huang Siyang (this feels like a Chinese scam).
3. When getting the hat out of the package it was smashed flat. My head is 22” around and this thing is tight to wear!
4. The snaps are not aligned and are on opposite sides of the seam so the brim looks off kilter when snapped. Also, the brim hangs down exactly like a bucket hat unless snapped (crookedly).
5. The material was decent but more like cotton vs canvas.
6. I left a review on the site giving it two stars with a similar explanation. The site said to wait a few min and then refresh the page to see the review. Surprise, surprised the review disappeared and only 4-5 star reviews remained to be seen.
I think this is a Chinese scam company that is always running a sale on cheap items. They don’t show all the bad reviews they are actually getting. Also, they must be going off Chinese sizing because this was WAY too small to be unisex. The hat manufacturer is Qingdao Guanshengteng Hat Mfg. Co. and the person listed on the return address is Huang Siyang from Zhejiang province.

Product was defective battery and they never responded to my multiple emails. So I spent 40.00 on broken flashlight

This is the worst online purchase experience I have had in years. I cannot caution folks enough about doing any business with this outfit. The "deals" look incredible. It is swiftly downhill from there: purchased several items for Xmas gifts on Dec. 4. Despite the prominent statement on their website "Shipments arrive within 7 - 10 business days" mine took 33 days. After shipment was stalled for over 12 days at the same location, the company would not refund me, re-issue the shipment nor attempt to take any action to find out what the holdup was. They also use some sort of weird third party shipper that has Zero customer service so beware of that, too. Well, long, horrible story short, I Did finally get the shipment - a week after Christmas. Two people did not like their gift so now, the Joy of returning the items. After sending an email to their returns department Twice and not hearing back (again, website maintains you will get a reply within 24 hours - HORSE****!) I tried their Chat function. Another joke, not surprisingly. All they do is autoreply saying how busy they are and they will email back. Which also Never happens. I could go on but I'm feeling like even more of an idiot consumer taken in by too-good-to-be-true advertising, writing this all out!
