Being lactose intolerant used to mean giving up milk, dairy foods and the important nutrients, minerals and vitamins they provide. The Milkaid range of products contain lactase enzyme, a safe natural enzyme that is usually found in the digestive system. It works by breaking down the complex milk sugar lactose, into two more easily digestible sugars – glucose and galactose. Lactase enzyme improves lactose digestion in individuals who have difficulty digesting lactose. You can now enjoy milk and dairy foods again, without upset.

I've been using the milkaid drops for years, adding them to our standard semiskimmed milk. So much cheaper than lactofree milk and convenient to use.

I've used Milk aid for 5 years
I've used Milk aid for 5 years. Newborn became intolerant to lactose after a viral infection and other brands were not settling his tummy, only Milk aid completely made him have normal stools. This lasted almost 2 months until the intolerance solved. It's cheaper than bigger brands and better quality. We've been using it since for the adults in the house and we're grateful that this brand exists.

I’ve been lactose intolerant for decades
I’ve been lactose intolerant for decades now, and used to get lactase from the States back when it was impossible to find anything here in Ireland. Boots make lactase tablets, which aren’t very good, and became unavailable anyway on and off during the pandemic. Milkaid was a lifesaver! I use the drops so I can buy organic milk again, which is important to me, and the Max capsules for cheese or any other dairy, or if I can’t bring milk with me going out.
I’ve never seen any other lactase products tell you how much milk will be broken down, either, and that’s incredibly helpful. (This is on both the drops and the Max capsules.) I was so happy when my local pharmacy started stocking Milkaid, and it seems to be very popular - with good reason.

Great help for our health
After being lactose intolerant for years it has been great to have finally found a great easy to use product that enables my self and my husband to enjoy milk again. Wehave been using milkaid lactose drops for nearly 8 years and what a difference it's made to our general health.
It is getting difficult to find lactose drops at a reasonable price. .I'm afraid that one day we will be priced out of being able to buy it..
I hope not as for us it's essential

These are amazing
These are so good! I mean at first I was abit skeptical about them because I thought it was too good to be true but they actually work, it was so nice to have a coffee with normal milk and not have to suffer the consequences.
Also they don’t taste awful they taste nice actually which is another plus! And because there in a handy container taking them out and about so much easier!

Milkaid is amazing!
Both me and my partner struggle with lactose intolerance. We had opportunity to try Milkaid products, capsules and drops and they work wonders. They offer range of different options, so everyone can find something suitable. Since starting using Milkaid, I can enjoy cheese and milk which I love. Products are fairly priced for the quality and effectiveness!

Milkaid has helped me alot
