Kundenservice
In meinem DIY Paket fehlten die Fassungen (wahrscheinlich wurde das Paket unterwegs geöffnet). Nach Rücksprache mit dem Kundenservice wurde mir direkt Ersatz geschickt. Sehr guter Service. Die Fassungen sehen sehr schön und hochwertig aus! Machen konnte ich den Schmuck aufgrund der fehlenden Fassungen noch nicht aber ich bin schon sehr gespannt wie er wird.
Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder hier bestellen! Klare Empfehlung!

I received my together ring with my baby boys hair embedded in my breastmilk. It brought a tear to my eye seeing the finished product.
From the get go all the team were brilliant and continue to keep you updated about the progress of your personalised jewellery. I will recommend to everyone and will definitely be back for more in the future when I decide to extend my family.

Great service and excellent quality
Great service. I received my jewellery after 6 weeks, which was quite quick. I loved the fact that they update you in the progress as well. The jewellery arrived in excellent condition and also with a lovely note. Definitely would recommend if you'd like to keep a little memory from your journey and I'm pretty sure I will be ordering another one in the future
