Used this company for years. Really bad most recent experience. Ordered 3 items, firstly only 2 arrived, with no info but refund was received. Sent back 1 item now 8 weeks later, 4 emails to general inbox and 1 to Nicholas and still no reply or no refund. Didn't want to have to leave this review but after being ghosted for 8 weeks now nothing else left that I can do. Will not shop here again.

Ordered a hoodie, I’d check the size guide before ordering as they are slightly oversized in my opinion. Amazing quality and quick delivery with handwritten thank-you on the delivery note. Totally psyched

Had a hoodie and joggers and a pair of socks from the milk store. All are top quality and extremely well made. Always get asked where I got the gear from. Delivery has always been fine and on time. Will continue to support this brand as the quality is the best about.

Purchased a T-Shirt and a Hoody and it arrived the next day (I was told I’m on their doorstep - and it was personally delivered!) Great quality and fit! I look forward to seeing more and will certainly be purchasing more in the very near future

Like any company I've had issues with some orders (mainly postal issues and product defects), but these were handled professionally with exceptional customer service.

More importantly the quality of the hoodies is second to none! Very premium feel, structured, thick and comfortable.

Ordered 2 Grey large MILK print jumpers for myself and business partner. Both have a really odd fit on the front neck as though you have put it on back to front?!? No T-Shirt sent in the order. Raise the issue with Izzy and then nothing... Pretty poor customer service to say the least. Seems like one of those brands who buy in blanks bulk, stick a label on it and then throw it out to you. Won't be using them again. Avoid.

Very high quality products, my sweatshirt and shorts arrived very quickly and I had no issues to report! I will absolutely buy again.

Delivery after purchasing a hoodie was super fast, next working day, without the need of paying any extra.

I did unfortunately receive a defected hoodie on the front print (these things happen with any brand, it’s how the company resolved it that matters the most!)

I reported it to Milk Customer Services straight away. They did take a couple days to reply to me, but once they did Izzy was extremely helpful and replied very quickly. My hoodie was replaced with the one I originally wanted but didn’t have stock on the website and is arriving to me soon. Great aftersales service to resolve a problem. :) Cheers Izzy!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My absolute favourite clothing brand! I’m head to toe in Palm Trees and Wet Dreams as I’m writing this. Fantastic quality, dope designs, great communication, super fast delivery. I’m always looking to cop the latest drops. Never had any issues with anything I’ve purchased from Milk Supply, they truly are spectacular. The milkman really does always deliver. Also, thanks for the free socks! You the real MVP!
