Watch out for Doctors Associate with this group
i had an appointment at Dr. Jack Clark's office on Friday, January 4th 2019 at 4:15 PM and arrived, with my wife, at 4:00 PM. The building that Dr. Clark's office is housed is terrible. Old and used and totally not designed for a professional business of any kind. The waiting area is small, cramped and not conducive to a good feeling at all. The initial comment from the receptionist, after I signed in was that Dr. Clark was "running late" and no time estimate was given for when I would see Dr. Clark. In the waiting area was a woman who had been waiting 2 hours to pick up a pain medication prescription for her Mom, a patient of Dr. Clark, who was home in severe pain and, unfortunately, allowed her prescription refill to expire or who just need some pain relief. I am not sure which was the case. This woman looked uncomfortable and could not sit still in her chair and after a brief introductory discussion, she revealed that she was recently in a car accident and was undergoing rehab which was not helping her multiple herniated disc issue plus other body part pain. When I heard her story, I immediately went to the entrance door to Dr. Clark's offices and it was locked and secured by a combination, push-button lock, so I could not open the door to ask for help for this poor woman. The reception left earlier, leaving us unable to contact the Dr's. staff in the inner offices. I knocked carefully at the door two times with no response and I knocked more forcefully the third time and an employee of the Dr. opened the door, heard my review of this woman's plight and she immediately told me to: "go back to my seat and sit down". I and my wife walked out of the area, walked out of the building and I will never see this Doctor again. I made an appointment for my wife in the past couple of weeks, to see if Dr. Clark could help her with her Arthritis pain and he was so busy that she could not see him until mid February. When I first talked to the receptionist upon arrive at 4:00 to see if they could call my wife if their was a cancellation and an appointment opportunity became available, she said we would have to call her regularly to check that since they had no system to know of cancellations.
I will cancel my wife's appointment and I will advise my friends and family to not consider Dr. Clark for their medical needs and I have advised all my Facebook friends not also not consider Dr. Clark for their medical needs.
