Bunch of scammers. They will be quick to do I'd checks(so you incur costs) and assign you solicitor who will never be reachable and won't reply to your emails at all. After continously trying to reach to Conveyancer assigned by them for more than 2 weeks I decided to cancel the service. The conveyancer assistant did tell me they did not get chance to look into my documents and the solicitor is too busy and in meetings all day. I have almost lost the house I wanted to buy due to this delay. They are saying they will retain(probably most of £330 I paid them) as deposit even though all they did was I'd check which is useless to me. SO BEWARE EVEN IF YOU FIND THEM CHEAPER ON COMPARISON SITES YOU WILL LOSE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AS YOU WILL EVENTUALLY GET FED UP WITH THEM AND CANCEL ON YOUR END. THEY WILL HAPPILY KEEP MOST OF YOUR DEPOSIT.

I'm currently using Millennium legal to sell my property and they have been really good so far.
I've had all my emails answered and I'm being kept informed on the process, so very happy. So much so that I have just instructed them to help me to purchase my next property.

Price was competitive and the online portal used to track your case and handle documentation is very easy to use and navigate. Staff have been responsive.

Some of the instruction contained within emails/letters sent out could be a little clearer for people who haven't dealt with these processes before.

Very friendly, fast and professional service. Helped me to get everything I required completed before the Easter holidays.

Was reluctant to use an online conveyancing service but so far, early days as yet, we are pleased with the service. Easy to access and good information sent out to help and guide you through the process. I will review again when the transaction is complete.

Efficient and competitive conveyancing. More of an intermediary as it is actually PCS Legal doing the work but Millenium were quick with all the ID checks and getting everything up and running. Early days yet but hopefully everything runs smoothly - if not then I’ll be back to leave a less favourable review!!!!

Very good and very cheap. There was another cheap company who never answered the phone, this company did!

I had a very positive experience with Millennium Legal. They did a great job throughout the whole process and made everything much easier and less stressful. Communication was clear, they kept me updated at every stage, and they dealt with everything professionally and efficiently.

I would happily recommend Millennium Legal to anyone looking for a reliable conveyancing company.

Overall a very poor experience. We were matched with PCS solicitors who provided an appalling service and made an already stressful period so much worse. We were in a chain of 4 house moves and were consistently the weakest link in the process. There was no sense of urgency and our calls for updates were generally met with lofty and patronising responses. We were promised a dedicated handler but seemed to be passed around numerous staff members which felt very impersonal. This all culminated with an incredibly embarrassing moment where we were stood outside our new home for over a hour, with our removals waiting for key release, whilst their whole team were out to lunch!!

In response to your reply; It was PCS that failed to confirm to the seller's solicitor that completion had taken place and were uncontactable at the critcal moment. This, in turn, prevented key release from the estate agents. So I'm afraid their lunch WAS the reason for the delay, hope it was tasty!

Very disappointing experience with Millennium Legal. The service has been poor, with a lack of attention to detail and little support when issues arose. I’ve been left chasing updates and dealing with the consequences myself.
They also matched me with Gardner Champion Solicitor Ltd, who were even worse, which only adds to the frustration and lack of support throughout the process.
Communication has been slow and unhelpful, and there has been no clear ownership of the problems caused. Overall, I would not recommend their services based on my experience.
There is no option to give less than 1 star, otherwise that is exactly what this would deserve.

It was easy to get a quote and they have responded to my request very quickly. All issues sorted and the account tracking system is easy to navigate without any explanation.

So far our journey has been super easy and they have been super efficient with dealing with our case as first time buyers they have really made our job easier

The price is as you would expect. They are a company who get the customer then farm the conveniencing out to another company solicitor. They have given the wrong personal details to the solicitor so they sent details of the purchase and information to the wrong person and failed to contact me.luckily I phoned the solicitor to find out what’s happening. Millennium then sent and email to me to confirm my identity with my name incorrect. Let’s hope they improve.
