They charge a packaging fee (who does that?) and then give you terrible packaging. For example. Sides are thrown on top of the main course with sauce--sides become soggy. Food is OK but overpriced. We've been there several times, keep being disappointed. We're done with Millers.

I visited for lunch on Friday and had a disappointing experience. We were seated after a few minutes in a section where the bartender was also the server. After waiting about 10 minutes with no acknowledgment, we asked the host, who said she would let the bartender know we were waiting. Even after being told, the bartender continued making drinks and never came over to our table.
There is a kiosk to order, but the lunch specials aren’t available on it, so that wasn’t helpful. After waiting with no service, we left and went to LongHorn, where we were served within minutes. This isn’t the first time we’ve experienced understaffing during lunch, so we won’t be returning.

Pros, no cons!

Pros: The number one reason we come here is pets allowed. Had a great time in the outdoor bar area with a lovely server, Faith who took care of everything we needed. We had wings, four sauces, 5 Pepper, Hot, Peach BBQ and Korean BBQ - all very very good and would rival any wing place in Pcola. We also had the Bavarian Pretzel and the mustard and cheese sauce are great, plus it's enough for two. Clean, professional staff and friendly. This is our go to when we want a respite from the beach and it did not disappoint. Thank you Faith!

Miller Ale House, Pensacola Blvd

I had the pleasure of visiting Miller Ale House On, November 24th 2025 Airport Blvd Pensacola Florida The customer service was on point and the food was a 10 /10
It was my brother's birthday and we wanted to have a birthday dinner with him, And Miller Ale House made it a memorable night after, the outback steakhouse in Pensacola Florida Airport Blvd across the street from them almost ruined it for us,
Thank you Miller Ale House again for allowing my brothers special night to still happen 💙 💞❣️

Service

We had dinner at the Kernel cir. Location in Fort Myers. We had Dana for our server and if I didn’t already love Miller’s Dana gave us such a great experience. Her service is unmatched ! Not even at a five start restaurant had I had that kind of service!!

Another Screwed Up Order and Delivery

I get a text that the delivery is here. I respond ok. I'm waiting and waiting. I asked, 'are you bringing it in?" He messages me it's at the door. Does he ring the bell? No! Did nothing to earn his 20% tip. Simple order, 3 items. Two of them Zingers with the same sauce and they forgot the sauce on both of them. Even at the bar it takes forever to get a food order with the bar 20% crowded. DONE!

Went to eat prime rib

Went to eat prime rib, I ask if they had any medium rare and was told they had plenty. Ordered two prime rib dinners. It come with just one side order. No salad and they don't serve bread. Food came out cold and way over cooked. We were so hungry we ate what we could. I told the waiter that we were not happy with the food. I payed full price and left a tip, never again. Worst prime rib I have ever had. I didn't even waste my time with left overs because I wouldn't have fed it to a dog. This was at the Snellville, Georgia location.

Go into Millers for lunch with the wife. We get seated prior to sitting she went to the restroom, while looking over the menu a roach went scurrying across the back of her seat. Got the phone out and I swear he tipped his hat at me. The manager came by and I told him, his response? Youwant a table for 3? Haha C ya

Zero service

1- They put me on hold twice to place an order so I've been waiting for 12 minutes now for the Gatlin store in Port St Lucie, 2/27/25 7:15 pm. 2- This is insulting that I have to press 1 to have a message in English. I just hung up after 13 minutes waiting on the phone, I will be ordering from another restaurant since they don't seem to want my money.

MAGS, the server, was very helpful with her suggestions and her suggestions were very accurate.
Very knowledgeable with the extensive menu items.

poor atmosphere

Last night we went to dinner and besides people leaving we still had to wait almost twenty-five minutes to get a seat. The music was turned up excessively load to the point people sitting less than two feet apart could not hear each other. The service was slow, and it took longer to get our food than necessary. After being the restaurant business and knowing how it should be managed this was nothing more than a bar atmosphere having to be load for other people to hear each other. I do not appreciate this type of place and will not be returning.

Yum!

Food is nice. Waiters are nice. Can make friends with them. Always good service, fresh food and very warm. Can be a bit loud sometimes. Steak is good. I’m hungry.

WORSE EVER EXPERIENCE FOR A 75TH BIRTHDAY DINNERo Miler's Ale…

Our party of six went to Miler's Ale House at 17-92 and Lee Road, to celebrate a 75th Birthday dinner. We got there at 2pm on Sunday, 9/15. Gave our name. Was told "15 minute wait" and we'd be "TEXTED" when table was ready. We let hostess know we'd be sitting outside because bench was full inside...We waited half hour. The was told another 5 minutes. After an hour's wait we went back inside and waited and the Hostess who couldn't care less and had an attitude told us she called our name three times (inside). She knew we were waiting outside and never came outside to call our name and she's also advised we'd get a "TEXT" when a table was ready. The food was over cooked Pork dish was black, and no gravy poured on it and mashed potatoes cold. Our waitress Tabatha was great. Tableware wasn't at table and waitress had to search for it because none washed..You need to get a better customer service-oriented hostess that cares, smile and is friendly and efficient and more cooks, for a Saturday...We won't be back. We are white and hostess wasn't and had seated 3 parties of same race that came in after us, before us, and that may have been her issue. Don't know! Don't care. We spent over $200 to be treated in this manner and won't be back...
