problematische Erfahrung mit diesem Shop.

Es wurde mir ausdrücklich Originalware inklusive Zertifikat und Rechnung zugesichert. Geliefert wurde jedoch Ware ohne entsprechende Nachweise, bei der erhebliche Zweifel an der Echtheit bestehen.

Trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung wurde weder ein Nachweis über die Echtheit erbracht noch das zugesagte Rücksendeetikett zur Verfügung gestellt. Eine Kommunikation findet faktisch nicht mehr statt.

Ich habe die Ware daher auf eigene Kosten zurückgesendet. Ein solches Vorgehen ist aus meiner Sicht nicht akzeptabel und wirft ernsthafte Fragen hinsichtlich der Geschäftspraktiken auf.

Sollte keine zeitnahe Klärung erfolgen, behalte ich mir weitere rechtliche Schritte vor.

Ein ganz großes Dankeschon an das Miloura-Team!
So viel Kompetenz, Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit findet man selten - egal ob im Store, telefonisch oder per WhatsApp, ich habe mich zu jeder Zeit bestens aufgehoben gefühlt.
Meine gewünschte Tasche kam mit Schachtel, Staubbeutel und allem Zubehör in perfektem Zustand - sogar schöner, als auf den Fotos.
Besonders beeindruckt hat mich, wie flexibel und herzlich auf meine spontanen Wünsche reagiert wurde: innerhalb kürzester Zeit wurden mir andere Modelle per Video und Fotos gezeigt, ganz unkompliziert und mit viel Geduld.
Man spürt, dass hier mit Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wird. Für mich absolut eine Top-Empfehlung!
Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team, besonders an Mina und Valentina - ihr macht den Einkauf zu etwas ganz Besonderem.

Ich habe für meine Frau eine Vintage Hermès Birkin Tasche zu einem sehr guten Preis gekauft.
Das Team war ausgesprochen freundlich und die Beratung professionell. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Der Champagner hat mir nicht ganz so gut geschmeckt.

Ich habe dort bereits 2x Anfragen hingeschickt, 2x wurden sie absolut unbeachtet! Von einem seriösen Shop, erwarte ich eine kompetenten und zuverlässigen Service. Ich würde dort nicht kaufen!
