I've been struggling to sleep, with a very busy mind since the start of the pandemic. I've tried several things and someone suggested trying a CBD oil. I was skeptical, and admittedly a little bit worried, about trying it, but I'm so glad I did. I fall into a nice restful sleep about 30 mins after putting 2 drops under my tongue. It doesn't make me drowsy, just helps calm down my racing mind, allowing a natural drift off to sleep. The taste isn't the best, but I've got used to it after about a week. No after effects in the morning that I've noticed, other than actually feeling fresh. Thank you to this team, and the generous 40% discount they offer to the NHS as well.
