We are now on month 4 of a custom order that supposedly takes 6 months for delivery. This lead time was intentionally buried on your website. I reached out to “customer service” previously and was offered the “opportunity” to receive a 50% refund instead of my order?

I was partially satisfied with the reasoning of “materials, labor, etc. have already been dedicated to this order" and decided to wait another month. In this time, I have come across countless other consumers experiencing the same issues. It seems no one else was aware of this ridiculous lead time either. Maybe your website and marketing is the issue…?

Unfortunately for MiniCubez, customers who did eventually receive their orders posted them online- disappointment. The fact that people have paid over $100 to wait 6 months and receive a plastic bag of generic bricks, no instruction manual- just a QR code that goes to a dead page, and an inaccurate representation of their submitted images leads me to believe that this company is either 1.) just three guys doing this in their basement for fun or, more likely, 2.) the biggest corporate scammer in recent memory.

The constant email blasts from your nameless “CEO” are simply infuriating. “We know we’re running a 6 month lead time with little to no response, but here’s a new promotion to get more orders in”. As if you haven’t scammed enough people out of their hard-earned money, you now offer the option to “expedite” an order for an additional $50. Sickening.

The fact that I cannot find a single positive statement about your product or company also leads me to believe that the reviews generated on your website are completely fake.

This is absolutely disgusting business practice all around, and practice that will not keep you in “business” much longer. As soon as your team is back online, cancel my order and refund my payment method in full immediately. Any response other than a confirmation of this will be met with a chargeback from my credit card company, and yet another scathing review to join the hundreds of others.

If you just so happen to be chartered in the US, expect to be reported to every single corporate regulating agency or bureau I can find.

ABDOLUTE SCAM, never send goods and never replied to as why, I have reported them

In summary, very basic design, 5 month wait, and lots of missing pieces. Buyer beware!

For my full review:
I finally received my custom order for my truck after ordering it in beginning of December and waiting over 5 months to get it. The packaging isn't bad, however there were no physical instructions, which is not a huge deal, however I almost threw away the simple clear plastic bag inside of the packaging that had a QR code without a label or anything indicating that it was for the instructions. The instructions site is also very weird and has Chinese all over it. The design of my car is very basic and doesn't have much detail compared to what is shown on the product page. After getting into building it I had to stop and check for all of the pieces. Not only were the green colored bricks (based on my vehicle color) different shades of green, THERE ARE OVER A DOZEN AND A HALF PIECES MISSING. I couldn't complete the build because of it. Buyer, BEWARE!

Took 6 months to arrive and its rubbish, not even the same colour as my sons truck.none of the chrome additions are on it.There are no instructions whatsoever. Impossible to get hold of anyone.Absolute waste of money

I ordered before Christmas thinking this would be a great gift. Marketing on the web site was decent and price seemed reasonable I was in for a surprise. Like almost all reviewers said it is a scam. The company or whomever is behind the website continually makes excuses. First they said it was shipped. Then they said to click a link for status. The link did not work. Then they sent an email with a third grade level of excuses why there is a delay even after they said it was shipped. Then they said I could not get refund using more excuses. Interesting that none of these emails have names or phone numbers. Just links that don’t work. I ended up contacting my credit card company who gave them ample time to respond to my complaint. I ended up getting a refund from my credit card company. If you’re reading this DO NOT BUY. IT IS A SCAM

Took over 4 months to receive my product and have been trying to contact them for about a week because I was never given instructions. I don't see them ever responding, to be honest, as this is a simple request (literally just send me my pdf lol)

I ordered the custom car and was falsely advertised delivery time. When ordered I was under the impression an extra 2 weeks was needed for designing. So I expected a month before product was in hand.
However, after tracking the package for a month and nothing being shipped. I noticed it said ~70 days until DESIGNING started. AND a prompt to pay an extra $49 USD to expedite it.
When I contacted the company I got nothing but "we are back logged" and I am unable to cancel and refund my product.
DO NOT ORDER CUSTOM BUILD FROM THEM!!!!! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.

SCAM - so disappointed. Like many others, l ordered way before Christmas, (7th December) taken in by the ‘fast shipping’ and ‘get before Christmas’ messages all over their website. This was a loved one’s main present and pricy. Very quickly received a shipping notification. Then when l checked after not receiving, they said it was automated and still weeks to go. It’s now April, and still hasn’t entered design stage. They refuse to refund saying l agreed to this crazy shipping, and now reading other reviews, it’s clear what I’ll receive will be garbage. Absolutely gutted.

My son ordered one of these kits for me as a gift (not a custom one, just one from the options on the website) in November 2025. Like many others the communication received was non existent. My son received an email saying it was a custom order and was in the design stage (it wasn’t a custom order). It finally arrived mid March, almost 4 months for a non custom order. There is a QR code for the instructions but this only goes to a static site. I emailed explaining this issue but to date no response. I tried online chat and had a reply asking for the link which I sent but I have been ghosted since. I was going to have a go at building it and haven’t opened the packet yet but am expecting to be disappointed again after reading the reviews about poor quality and inadequate pieces so can’t be built. My son is gutted, it’s the first gift he purchased with his own money for me and it seems like he was conned.

I ordered a custom Lego-style car in early December 2025, expecting the ~3 months wait they advertised somewhere. By March, I’d had zero updates. After chasing via live chat (seemingly the best way to get a response), I was told it was delayed due to "out-of-stock bricks"… which is funny, because nothing about the final product suggests anything special was included, so they were either stalling or actually ran out of some common piece.

After I threatened to refund if it didn’t arrive by the end of the month (because 4 months + no updates is taking the piss), it showed up a couple of weeks later out of nowhere.

Packaging looked decent initially, but the actual parts were inside a cheap, nasty plastic bag. Then was the QR code saga. One took me to their website, love that. One took me to a dead page. The instructions (which yes, are accessed through a QR code) didn't work on my phone, but did on my computer. Either way, some steps feel spaced out for no reason, certain parts should get placed before others, it just feels like the (possible) person making these hated me.

The main issues came when I had a white colour piece for the rear plate instead of yellow. On the roof, they made me try to attach a piece to basically nothing, meaning I'm considering that as my AC, which is a nice upgrade from the real thing. Wheels don't stay on since the connector part is incorrect, meaning any sudden movement, and the wheels give up on life as the car begins sliding along the chassis instead. And the cherry on the cake?, one rim is different from the others.

Upon looking at the website again, images show a bunch of similar looking people holding packages, probably AI. Also, a 4.9-star rating is insane compared to Trustpilot's, and should not be trusted when some images look almost the same, just a different background.

My custom Suzuki Alto looks more like a Suzuki Swift that had a rough night considering the missing wheels and hole in the roof. I get custom orders like this will take time, but when you get no updates and poor quality, as well as probably being made primarily by AI, there's just no reason to recommend.

Ordered it from Dec 2025 and received 3 months later, the product is totally poor quality and nothing like my car, totally scam.

Took 3 months of terrible communication to receive a product. No instructions, no support. No refunds. You will regret any interaction or purchase with this company!

I waited since November (understandably as it’s being custom made)
communication was poor, and the final product turned up missing parts so it was half built I got in contact with the company and they never responded.

Ordered 3 months ago, zero communication, and no product received. Online chat does not work, and no response to emails or on social media.

Received an indignant, self important generic email from them to say the volume of orders they have is high and they are so dedicated and thorough that production is taking longer than expected. Email basically called out customers for branding them scammers - ridiculous when they take your money and do not communicate - what do you expect people to think?

Three months of waiting and my order shows 22 days till it goes into ‘design stage’. Absolute joke.

Won’t refund but will offer a partial refund? Disgraceful. Also offered to expedite order for another £40. Again, disgraceful.

Incompetent, no customer service - you deserve no stars.

A COMPLETE SCAM! Do not order from here. I have been waiting over 12 weeks. Tried to contact them and have just been aired. Don’t try to contact the email on there page as well as it’s may contain virus and won’t work. Don’t bother using there 24/7 contact chat either as it won’t get back to you either. Complete scam, deserves no stars at all.

TOTAL SCAM. Do not order from these people. I fell for it like many others. I ordered my kit in early December. Received a shipping notification almost immediately (smart that they do this so you think it is enroute). Haven't seen anything and it is almost March.

Karma will suck for these thieves.

COMPLETE garbage company & product! Took 3+ months to get the product, with their justification being their custom making every piece of my custom brick car. No physical manual to assemble, just a QR code to scan that goes to stagnant web page with zero links to click & the finished model they show looks NOTHING like my actual car which I provided many crystal clear pictures of. The only thing they got close was color, beyond that what they provided is just a generic 2-door coupe not the 4-door 2003 Audi RS6 sedan I ordered. Awful company, awful product, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

This company over advertised their services on FACEBOOK before, DURING and after black Friday and through Christmas. I purchased before black Friday and have not received anything at the time of writing this review. As Christmas approached I reached out and asked the the lead time is. On 12/19/25 they said my order was just entering the "design" phase and that i should have it in 4-6 weeks - this was 10 weeks ago today. I have reached out to them via chat, but they are never online. I would say they are over extended, under staffed or a scam, buyer beware.

Regarding shipping:
Some customers have mentioned the phrase “fast shipping” and felt misled. Let me clarify. Fast shipping refers strictly to the shipping stage once the order has been completed and dispatched. Shipping itself is fast. However, custom orders include several stages before shipping such as designing and production. These are separate from shipping, and they are the most time intensive parts of the process.

We have always clearly stated our shipping and refund policies on our website. For custom orders, refunds are not accepted once production has started. The reason is simple: significant resources are allocated to each order. Hundreds of bricks are custom prepared specifically for your set. Designers dedicate hours to recreating your vehicle accurately. Production and quality control teams are involved before the product even leaves our facility. This policy is written transparently on our website and visible before purchase.

We would rather take extra time and deliver something accurate to your photos than rush and ship something that does not truly represent your vehicle.

Avoid!! Don’t waste your money. Ordered in early December, got a shipping notification from China. 30 days later nothing received and no update from the company, despite sending emails. Started a PayPal dispute to which they finally replied to my multiple emails. The product hasn’t even been made yet!! Apparently I acknowledged the shipping and refund policy at checkout, so I have no recourse. This was a Christmas present for my son, btw. Hoping to get it by his birthday in March.
