Store Manager was really helpful and knowledgeable regarding the type of headphones I was looking for. He set me up to trial various brand types allowing me to listen to a varied selection of music using a good valve amplifier as well as connection to my iPhone. Also sorted me with relevant cable leads I would need to use with other devices. Came away confident and satisfied with the purchases I made. I would highly recommend this store for high quality headphones and the professional service they provide.

Price and service gets 5 stars, took one off for website showing in stock at time of placing order but apparently had "just sold" the last item. To be fair they advised by phone and so overall impressed. Delighted with the WiiM amp pro. It's a gem!

Recently bought the Acoustune HSX1001 and the C:03 M:02G Module and both of those were sent out really fast especially noting anything being posted to WA generally takes longer.

Having used a set of Shure SE846 as my daily drivers and also owning a set of JH AUDIO jolene I can happy report that the Acoustune holds it's own despite being a single dynamic driver IEM. I really like the whole module idea given batteries don't last that long and being able to replace that along with getting updated Bluetooth codecs as time goes on makes this product well worth the money.

The team at MiniDisc were absolutely fantastic! Joseph helped me choose the right headphone DAC / AMP for my Meze Strada headphones. I was able to sit back and test the gear before making a decision. I just finished a 18 hour flight from Sydney to Tokyo then on to Vancouver using my new portable DAC / AMP. The sound quality was superb 👌. In the end, I purchased two devices, one for home use and the other for travel. Items purchased: Cayin RU9 and Questyle Sigma Pro.

Minidisc delivered item in good time. Hiby m300 drove me nuts at first playing albums last song to first and touch screen not very responsive. I guess it recognises my finger now. Able to navigate and learn device somewhat now and as from the start it sounds great. Good detail and separation.

Excellent place to try out and discover new audiophile products. The staff members are friendly and never pushy. I recommend coming early on a Saturday or even during the work days as it is much quieter.

My wife and I visited the Minidisc store in Chatswood to buy a DAP and a pair of IEMs. Neither of us are audiophiles, but I had done some research before we went into the store. Once we got there, a staff member approached us and asked a few questions about what we were after. He shared some of his own experiences with DAPs and IEMs and offered some recommendations. He also gave us a couple of DAPs, including the one I was planning on buying, to allow us to experience them first hand. He even took the time to find the same headphones that I use at home to make the experience as similar to what I would experience at home as possible. Thanks to his help, we were able to get all the information we needed to make a confident decision, and are extremely happy with our purchases.

Minidisc has been around for awhile, the customer service and product knowedge they supply is second to none.

Dealing with Wing and Joseph was nothing short of amazing. Absolute legends in every way. Didn’t matter when I sent an email I was replied to, what felt like instantly.
