If the price looks too good to be true, check before you buy. Following the reviews on Trustpilot, I called before purchasing and the price I was quoted was much higher than the one on their website.
I didn't proceed with the purchase

I bought a coffee table through TROUVA website. However, they cancelled without informing directly and TROUVA contacted and refunded. When I checked minima website they still sell the same one with £200 more expensive price than TROUVA. It is quite obvious that they didn't want to sell with cheaper (or previous ) price so they cancelled.

Ordered a table in their 'sale', money was taken from my card. Two days later my order was cancelled as 'incorrectly priced' in a very rude email. Manager (Heera) eventually called and promised to see what he could do but did not follow up in the time he promised. Have had to raise a claim with my credit card company to recover funds. Suspect they didn't intend to honor any of their sale prices.

I was very impressed with the great variety of products available in store and online. The staff at the shop are always happy to help and were able to give great advice. I would highly recommend Minima to friends and family.

The Order - 5/5

I purchased a made to order Muuto sofa from Minima who price matched a competitive offer from another European supplier, which was ideal as I felt more comfortable dealing with a UK shop. They were also able to negotiate a faster turnaround time with the manufacturer.

The Aftercare - 5/5

I had a few aftercare questions about the fabric and Minima were able to chase these up directly with Muuto. Their contact throughout was excellent and it’s clear they’re into the furniture just as much as the people buying it.

Overall - 5/5

Overall I’m very happy with the order. Minima offered a very good price, which was the nudge I needed to finally make the purchase, and they put in a lot of effort when dealing with my requests and inquiries. The sofa itself is absolutely stunning and is now the centerpiece of the room. No regrets.

What stands Mimima apart from much of todays retail market is their customer service. It is impeccable. Personable, patient (especially when one can't make a decision because of the choice available) and professional.

Their curation of product is great and if you can't see what you're looking for, chances are they can get their hands on it. They have great product knowledge and good relations with a vast array of. brands.

The entire process was smooth and simple and I would definitely use them again in the future.
