Wish I read these reviews first

Wish I read these reviews first! They sent me the wrong product, then said it was outside the timeframe to do anything about it. When I questioned this, they then said that the correct product was sent even though it clearly was different to what I ordered! I also got unexpected extra charges for shipping which were not disclosed. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Buyer Beware

If I could give 0 stars I would! Ordered eye cream & received completely different product. When contacted them they said I ordered what was sent even though I emailed my confirmation to them. Totally incorrect but got nowhere with them. Reporting them Fair Trade. BUYER BEWARE!

Cannot very well give your company a review when I have not received my order as yet - I trust this won't take much longer because I have to mail it to the US for my grand child as part of her Christmas gift
