We have and continue to emphasize this many times and on many different occasions, and we constantly inform our customers about this in our official materials, Terms and Conditions (that every customer needs to accept before making any purchase on our website) and through many notices and pop-ups that the customer sees during the customer journey on our website. We were with our customers during the crypto bull run, and we are with them now, during the bear market trying to offer support in all possible ways.

Mining City does not sell nor offer investment products of any kind. We only sell “Mining Plans”, which allow purchasers to receive mining rewards of cryptocurrencies based on the amount of hash power, and other similar factors, allocated for each Mining Plan.

Our official Terms and Conditions, as well as our price list, product list, and products description are available on our website all the time, and every customer must familiarise themselves with these materials before making a Mining Plan purchase.

Please be advised that we do not authorise anyone to collect money paid for the Mining Plans on our behalf. The only way of purchasing our product and paying for it is directly through our website AND, what is also important to know, the payment can be made in cryptocurrencies only. We do not accept payments in fiat currencies. Everything happens online. There are no offline transactions here. Even if we received any payment made by a particular customer, then we could confirm that only if we would obtain the customer's permission to do so. There are data protection laws that we have to follow, but every customer of ours can check its transactions history in its Private Zone. If the data reflected in their Private Zone says that there is (or was) a Mining Plan purchased, then we must have received the payment.
