I’m another idiot that didn’t check trustpilot before buying. Don’t even bother with this company.

Always check trustpilot before buying from social media ads for cute gift ideas! Absolutely terrible quality and took forever to arrive despite paying for express shipping. I ordered on the 6th of March for Mothers Day and it's turned up today on the 21st. Avoid.

Ordered well before mother's day and paid for fastest delivery. Still not arrived and no response from the customer service team.

Terrible company ordered over 2 weeks ago for Mother’s Day which has now been and gone and it’s still not here . Do not order from this company

Wish I had read some of the reviews on here before I placed my order. Been over 2 weeks and my order is nowhere to be found.

Terrible quality, already broken, and didn't match the description to start with. Can't get a full refund either (you would lose at least £10 on postage), so I only got a £6 refund for 2 keyring which cost me over £20. Meant to be a romantic present, and just got conned instead. Don't buy.

Ordered in Nov for Xmas presents. Nothing after 3 weeks so contacted and told it was ready to post, another week later I was told it was in the post, another week it was in the post! It arrived 2nd week of Jan with 1/3 items in parcel. Contacted again and finally the other 2 came. Was a photo key ring like a film reel, 1st one pulled out first time of using.

Would be zero stars if I could. Ordered 3 items 24/11/2024 never arrived despite several emails. Was given a 'tracking number' totally fake. Really disappointed spent a lot on the items. Wish I had checked reviews first

Terrible experience. Ordered the product over two weeks before Christmas yet arrived in January, DAMAGED. It had a dent in it. Customer service were incredibly slow in responding. They offered to send a replacement product for free but I asked for my money back. That was over two weeks ago. Still waiting. Honestly avoid. Their website shows a very high review rating but there's no real way to add a negative review. I wonder why.

The product took forever to arrive. Was supposed to be here before Christmas and it came after. Arrived broken. Terrible customer service who doesn’t respond back. Don’t order from these people.

I saw the ad on facebook and purchased the mini film photo keyring. It took a while to arrive and i did email them. Commuincation was great and the product is great and looked like the images / video i had seen on FB. I cannot really fault the goods. The delivery time was long but i am not sure where they are located. All good as far as i am concerned and would buy other products from them

I was delighted when I saw their ad on Facebook. What a cute idea for my granddaughter in college. At first I thought this thing will never come. Probably have to ask for my money back as it took longer than I expected. They emailed me back with tracking and sure enough it was in my mailbox! IT IS ADORABLE!!!! The pictures are tiny and perfect. It was worth every penny! I highly recommend this company. I shop entirely on line and have been ripped off a few times. But this company is trustworthy!

Ordered 7th December as a Christmas gift the keyrings only arrived today, 6th January. Tried to contact several times but kept recieving the same email back. The emails also had other customers details and emails attached so I had other customers email addresses and phone numbers. The tracking number sent out was fake so no way to track package. If I could give a zero star rating I would. Please avoid avoid avoid

it did take a long time to arrive i ordered in early dec and received the last day of dec. and the tracking info did not work until i emailed and asked about it. they responded to my emails though very nice

Same thing as other people - ordered in December still have nothing. No phone to ring and they respond with automatic emails to my enquiries.

Ordered 12/7 and still haven’t received. No answers to email. Scam.

Absolute scam. I only wish I had remembered to check trust pilot when their ad popped up on my Instagram page. The tracker doesn't work as it goes on to show the parcel somewhere and never changes. It's disgusting they are using people's love of their pets and family to get orders and then not fulfilling.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible. Ordered in November still not arrived. Customer services no longer replying to me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Listen to the reviews. Scam company, it’s been 5 weeks and no product. Embarrassingly bad company, do NOT fall for it.

As others have said, AVOID this company. They advertise everywhere and had good reviews on their website but I ordered at the beginning of December and still no product. It says it has been in transit since 7 December. Had two generic emails in response to my emails but nothing of substance. SO DISAPPOINTED!
