The product has completely changed compared to the last time I made an order with you. Its silkier and does not show results. My hairline is still the same as before I got it. What has changed and why?

Ive ordered on shop minoxidil almost 2 weeks ago and i still havent received my parcel i sent them an email they said its gonna be delivered last week Friday but till today theres nothing when im phoning the courier to track my parcel they put me on hold ive sent shop minoxidil another review they haven't gotten back to me as yet

I was skeptical about placing an order on the site as I did not see much reviews/customer experiences online. However, any doubt I had has gone out the window as I got my products delivered to my door, as ordered and within 2 working days. Now the second phase of the test will be to see if the Minoxidil actually does help with my hair loss (fingers crossed).

I am almost 60 and I have been using Minoxidil for over 2 years. My hair was very thin, due to hormonal changes, but it has thickened up really nicely with Foligain for women. The only drawback is that my scalp sometimes gets a bit itchy, but in my case it just means the roots of my hair are active. I have no skin irritation or rash. Great product!

Great, fast & efficient service.
Bought Foligain 5% minoxidil. Product is good quality, I've made great progress after being on Minoxidil for around 5 months now.
The "child-proof" dropper is a let-down though, it stopped working before the first bottle was done. That's on the manufacturer though. I ended up using the dropper from my previous 3 month supply of a different brand, which is NOT "child-proof" and still works perfectly.

Mmmm 2 months in an my husband seems to be losing hair instead of growing it back. His hair loss has become quite apparent although I tell him to be consistent with the medication.

Good service. I just wish that free delivery is for R500 and above as most products aren’t in the current requirement. I’ve had to buy double the products than needed

Great service all around

2 out of the 3 bottles were delivered 2 thirds full. The delivery packaging was slightly soaked and the actual Minoxidil box was significantly soaked. The protective seal inside the bottles were not sealed.

This is the third time I’ve been asked for a review within two weeks of receiving the product. The product only states it works after 6 weeks, so if I have to rate now all I can say is that the packaging looks nice. It comes in a really big box for the size of the product, which is a bit of overkill but I suppose with the price tag, you need to feel you are getting more value.
Delivery was quick.
I gave it a one star rating because I haven’t seen any results at this time.

There's always room for improvement but honestly, I have no complaints. Excellent job guys!
