It's a scam. Minvo charges you money for software that does not work at all. None of the bugs are getting fixed, you can't upload, import, or transcribe videos; it doesn't create shorts like it promises, it simply does not work. They even went so far, they charged us extra for additional features they did not deliver.

I've had a great experience with minvo.pro. It has a tidy user interface and logical flow. It's quite versatile for quickly transcribing, captioning, and editing videos. It also has new features that let me generate articles, posts, and newsletters from the transcribed video which has been helpful on a number of occasions.

Gotten lifetime plan, ok for awhile, damn laggy later, job not done even overnight rendering.

half of the time it doesn't work, bad and slow customer support, lost $89.76 as one year subscription, and they don't even refund

one day i worked and completed that page. the next day i'd been logged out, and when i logged back in the interface was different and all my work and edits and changes from the last few days have been lost.

Videos get removed from your work without your warning, then asking you to find new ones?? The MAGIC MOMENTS, feature has been reset to limit the amount you can add. The export feature is awful, it doesnt make for good workflow.

I've had a few decent tools to create clips from long YouTube videos and podcasts. It makes it easy to get these shortform videos out. My specialty is in audio not video editing. Many of them have delayed or halted development. Some would cut off the clip mid-way, others would not find relevant/good parts of the videos to clip.

It has its issues, but it also has a lot of promise. I hope development continues; I have enjoyed it so far.

..i feel like they straight up robbed me!.. I signed up for the free trial, and chose the monthly option of around 9.99 a month..7 day free trial and you can "cancel anytime"..well this site wasn't for me..and ai isn't accurate..but before I can cancel..5 days in, they charged me for the entire year..$89..went to go cancel and request a refund , they flat out denied me and said I used their services..uhh, YEA! for the "freetrial" ya nimrod!..smh..so I can't cancel my account or get a refund..interesting enough!..I'd skip this site overall..wayy better sites out there honestly..save yourself the time and frustration

Things to improve:
❌ Still buggy and slow at some points
❌ Dark mode is way too dark and hard to follow the transcript, need light mode or make the dark tone brighter a bit
❌ Video rendering is pretty slow, need more optimization and improvement
