Great for cleaning but the stand is very flimsy . Does not stick to the wall , tried both and each one fell. The storage container needs to be bigger and more solid. Very disappointed overall

I ordered Duluxe MiracleWand Magic Toilet Brush plus extra Refills. I didn’t receive my Refills with the delivery, but their Customer Service were excellent and had them sent asap. Very happy, thank you. Haven’t actually used my item yet.

Outstanding product. One similar used to be available inspires many years ago and I was most disappointed with its discontinuation. I have been waiting for a product like this to turn up again. I’ll never use anything else now

However, I find this somewhat difficult to reconcile with the fact that the refund offered to me was conditional upon me removing that same feedback.

If my review is genuinely valued as an honest account of my experience, I don’t believe accepting a refund should require me to remove it. My review reflects my genuine experience with the product, and I am not prepared to remove or alter it simply in exchange for a refund.

I would be very happy for the refund to be provided without any condition attached to my review. I believe that would be a fair outcome for both of us.

Happy with everything, delivery was a little longer than anticipated

I absolutely love my miracle moult so easy makes my toilet bowl super super clean, smells fresh. No yucky laying around, it just goes straight into the bin in one easy motion. Everybody in Australia needs one of these their toilet will love them for it.

Concept is nice but product is flimsy and not worth the money imo. Delivery took longer than i expected as product clearly didn’t ship from Australia. (Ordered 20th July and got delivered 7th August)

Not as easy to use as the advertisement makes it seem. Harder to hook the sponges on the stick and stick gets wet and kinda gross because it’s being dipped so far into the bowl. Having to clean and dry the stick after use defeats the purpose of having a no touch product. Regret my purchase.

From ordering to receiving the goods, I received great service. The product itself was easy install and love results and cleanliness it provides. Will definitely order refills. Absolutely love this

The miraclewand toilet cleaner is so easy to use and cleans amazing, especially with the swivel head. I love that after I’ve finished cleaning, one click and the disposable sponge goes in the bin!

Very slow on delivery. Miracle Mop is easy to use and efficient. It would be better if the cleaning head was flushable. A biodegradable head would save the plastic going into landfill. Otherwise, it is a good concept and better than a brush.

So, I tossed around the idea of buying a Miracle Mop toilet cleaner for a couple of weeks & then jumped right in & bought the 2 for 1 & a bulk refill package. It took two weeks to arrive but tracking kept me in touch where my package was. I am really happy with my purchase & the ease of set-up & use. And the results... yes, top marks for a really fresh & clean hygienic loo!!

Nice product but a bit flimsy. Concerned the heavy blue colouring will stain toilet seats. Postage time was not up to expectations.

The product is great and does exactly what it says it does! The only problem is that it took so long to be delivered. I was beginning to think it was a scam! However, it eventually arrived and I will be ordering more for my other bathrooms.

The product was for the caravan. It arrived in a timely manner and is just what l expected. My only concern is access to replacement pads in the future. One of my friends didn't order one for that reason. Only time will tell.
