Shop at your own risk
This might be all over the place, but this was just such a frustrating experience, and I hope to give some insight into what your Mirror Palais experience might be like as an average consumer.
I did not have a good shopping experience. I ordered a sample dress from their "One of a Kind" collection (End of May). It took over a month to get to me because I'm guessing there was an issue with pick-up. I got the dress eventually and it was the wrong dress, I remember looking at the listing for the dress I received and thinking it was the ugliest thing ever. I filed for a return and was a bit thrown off by their return and exchange policy. I asked whether I was going to get a full refund or just be issued store credit. I felt that store credit was unfair to me as I was sent the wrong dress and I wasn't returning the dress because I had a personal issue with it when I never got the goods I paid for. I never got a response for that specific question, I'm assuming that's because if they did answer with "store credit" I would have gone to my bank to dispute the charge. I shipped it back and got issued a store credit, which I wasn't too pleased about since that meant I would have to spend more money on this god-forsaken brand. I purchased another dress, got a size XXS and they sent me an XS.
I'm done. I honestly don't want to return it because I don't want their damn store credit. I honestly don't even want the stupid dress I just want to get rid of my store credit. I want a full refund (which it seems they will not give no matter how much they messed up)
I don't want anything to do with this company, they lack integrity and just want your money. The way I describe them handling an issue they created was that if they were at fault, so were you (if that makes sense, in some cases you are facing more repercussions as they continue to profit off you). They DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU (unless you are an influencer).
Just buy the dupes on Shein or something at this point, I promise you, it will save you stress and money.
