I was highly disappointed that I was not informed about delivery fee. When I was ordering Delivery was 0.00
After it’s arrived I should pay additional fees that wasn’t in the order
You should inform your customers before completing an order that there are possible international fees.

Kupiłem czapkę którą mi średnio siadła, odesłałem ją zapakowaną ładnie w stanie nienaruszonym. Od półtora miesiąca czekam na zwrot kasy, 2 tyg temu dostałem maila ze przepraszają i mają jakieś zmiany i że przez to opóźnienie. Nie cisz bez zwrotu i bez kontaktu, żałosne. Niby 500 zl ale chodzi o zasady i szacunek. Nie zostawię tam ani grosza, nie pozdrawiam 👍

Ordered item on 18th of April.Still haven't received order and haven't even received word of it's been dispatched yet. Shop only emailed back last week after multiple emails for information. Apparently factory delays but this is ridiculous. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and updates. Starting to think this is a scam shop, would not recommend.

You're scammers! You don't refund my orders MBH10082629 and MBH10082603. You write polite letters, but you do nothing. You stole my money. Give me back my refunds!! I'll keep writing here until you give me my money back.

order never shipped and customer service has not responded. purchased on the 4/10, still don’t have product.

Their CS service is really bad and I contacted they many time and they didn’t reply my message for few months.

I never received any updates or the order. Customer support ignored three of my emails but they were happy to keep the cash . This company openly commits consumer fraud do not order through them. I am still waiting for a response and have been for the past 3 weeks

It's not enough that I had to send the return myself and pay 15 euros for it, I've been asking them for a refund for the third week now.
I sent the package on 25th of March on the address they shared with me after I created a return request, the tracking says the package was delivered on the 1st of April at 10AM.
Now it's 14th of April and I never got any confirmation of them receiving the package, and the status of my refund. I sent 3 emails to the customer support and still didn't get a single reply after 14 days. I paid 150 EUR for the item and 15 EUR for the return. I am still waiting for the response...
This is the worst experience in my life.

UPD (06/05/26): Misbhv replied on 15th of April and apologised for the delayed response, the reason was a recent major internal transformation in the warehouse team. They confirmed that my return arrived and issued the refund. The refund took really long to arrive, but that was an issue on the bank side. It was a good experience in the end, but I would really appreciate if they would communicate the ongoing changes beforehand so I wouldn't get so stressed about not knowing if my return package made it back to their warehouse.

Dno totalne. W życiu nie spotkałem się z tak niekompetentną firmą i obsługa. Zdecydowanie nie polecam. Lepiej dać zarobić innej firmie, która szanuje swoich klientów

The package never came, contact support doesn't reply. But still got an email asking how was my order...

I received a dress damaged and wanted to make a return, I made a request more then two weeks ago , my request for return still pending and nobody answers to my emails... I really hope to the answer

My order still not arrived and I was writing two times asking for help and no answer has been received.

Horrible, haven’t received my parcel, the support doesn’t reply to me. Been trying to contact them in many ways… My order is missing

fits mostly true to size, just a little baggy on me. back inside tag “m” and “s” fell off after a couple wears which sucks but at least only i’m gonna notice. shipping was super quick duties were high shipping to america but thats an american problem. overall happy with my purchase and probably look better in these jeans than any other jeans ive ever worn.

I really enjoy shopping at this store and overall I’m very satisfied with my experience. The products are great quality and I always find something I like. It’s one of my favorite places to shop.

However, I think there is still room for improvement. I often miss having a clear size chart, which would make choosing the right size much easier. Also, sometimes there are not enough photos of the products, and it would be helpful to see more details from different angles.

Overall, I still really like this store and will definitely continue shopping here.
