Andy has just completed 3 windows for us. He did a wonderful job, he takes pride in his company and his work. I would definitely recommend him. He quoted for us last weekend and completed the work today. We are extremely happy. He is tidy and his work is great. He is honest and open, kept us informed.

We recently had Andy from Misted Windows to resolve a problem or two that we had, but no longer have the problems anymore. He is thoroughly professional in the way he goes about resolving matters. Always turned up when he said he would, even ringing to say he was on his way, found him to be easy to get on with, very customer focused .
We have no problem recommending him to others, you wont be disappointed. If we have a problem in the future I know who I'll be calling

Just had 7 panes in my conservatory replaced by Andy of mister windows. What a fantastic service from a top friendly man. He did everything brilliantly and professionally and cleaned everything at the end.
He even helped to find some replacement hinge covers which had perished over the years and said if I had any problems with them to ring him back and he would try to find the right ones.
So pleased with the end product at a very reasonableprice.Would recommend miste d windows to anybody.

I rang Misted Windows who are a local company to us, after reading the many great reviews on social media, as we needed 18 failed sealed units replacing in our conservatory.
I spoke to Andy, who came later that day. He measured up & gave us the information required for us to make an informed decision, together with a written quote which we found very reasonable. Andy stated there was no obligation whatsoever & just to call if we required them to carry the work out, there was no pressure at all, what a lovely man.
I rang the office 2 days later & spoke to Jamie a friendly young man with an excellent customer service manner, to accept the quote, he said he would call me back the next day (which he did) for him to give us various dates to choose from.
The work was carried out on the 11th October, & we have to say we were highly delighted with the expertise, knowledge & the quality of work carried out by Andy, who left everything clean & tidy, took away the old units & even cleaned the outside of the conservatory & all with minimal disruption, what a transformation.
We wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend this professional, honest reliable company, with over 35 years experience & who provide an exceptional, trouble free service from start to finish.
