Service was absolutely amazing, the flat is completely spotless, attention to detail is incredible. I've used a few cleaning companies in the past and they tend to try to clean the flat as quickly as possible so miss some minor things like cleaning skirting boards or on top of units or in cupboards, but not with mister broom.

They were punctual, communicative, very friendly and did an AMAZING job. Thoroughly recommend to anyone considering for an end of tenancy clean.

Very honest, friendly staff, did an amazing job

The driver of their van cut me up on M4 using his mobile. Emailed office to complain and was sent a foul mouth rant in reply. Very immature and idiotic. The reply received on here is total lies. My email in first instance was not aggressive or rude. I was annoyed because of their idiotic driver using mobile and swerving. I was not asked for proof at all. Please do not lie to try excuse what he did. I will send my proof into police

I've used the service in the past and it's great to see it's still great quality at an affordable price.
They left the flat I've lived for the last 12 years liking better than when I moved in which was brand new.
The attention to detail was superb and the carpets look and feel amazing!

I booked Mister Broom Ltd for an end of tenancy clean — a critical service needed to ensure the return of a rental deposit. They confirmed the date and time in writing, took full payment upfront, and then… never showed up.
No call. No email. No explanation.
I was left scrambling last-minute, completely abandoned, and out of pocket.

I contacted them immediately and made several follow-ups, they took 2 weeks to finally refund my money. 14 days. No service rendered, a lengthy wait for the refund leaving me out of pocket, and barely any communication.

This company is completely unreliable, unprofessional, and frankly, unethical. Taking money for a service and failing to deliver is bad business.

Do yourself a favor and steer well clear. There are many reputable cleaning companies out there; this is not one of them.

Once again l hired Mister Broom cleaning services for a deep cleaning where the call to the execution of the service they are 100% professional

My sister highly recommended Mister Broom, and I hired them to clean my kitchen. The extractor above the cooker had built-up grease over the years and I was struggling to get rid of it. It's finally clean and my kitchen is spotless.
They did an amazing job.
