Instructions told me to download the Camtro app but then it turned out we needed the Seeing app. Value for money is poor. Not least because you have to get an annual subscription to playback video. I am sure there are much better models and makes around.STEER CLEAR OF THIS CROWD.

Rip off, 10 pads for $40!!!

The reviews i read on google said that the free version of the software would allow audio and view. However nothing is available other than a door bell. Every time you try to look at the messages it directs you to sign up to a contract. On where on the mfg web site does it say you have to sign up and pay to get any of the facilities.

A total rip off.

The accuracy of the watch is not trustworthy. I bought one based on a review that rated it highly. I guess the review was as bogus as the watch.

Ex: Using AllTrails, I did a 9.7-mile hike that included a 2-mile stretch with a 2000 elevation gain. The watch clocked the hike at 13 miles. During the steep gain, it measured a heart rate no greater than 110 on the ascent, but then measured 160 on the descent. I have had similar problems using the watch while biking.

When I submitted my concerns to Mivrass, first, they told me to take a video of the problem. Video? When I asked what exactly they wanted a video of, they then said they were escalating it to the tech team. They then came back and told me how to wear the watch properly, and be careful how I was swinging my arms. I explained to them that at 67-years old, I know how to wear a watch, and that when anyone is hiking challenging terrain, what they do with their body is driven by the terrain. I told them I wanted to return the watch for a refund. This is what they sent me:

1.A refund of 3% of your order value while keeping the product.
2.Return the item for a refund, with the following conditions:
You will be responsible for all shipping costs (both initial delivery and return shipping to Hong Kong)
A 15% handling fee will be deducted from the refund
The return process takes approximately one month
Return shipping costs are approximately £35 (please check with your local post office for exact rates)
You must provide tracking information
Refund will be processed after we receive the item
Please note: If the international package is held by customs and cannot be cleared, we will be unable to process any refund as we have not received the returned item
Please let us know your preferred option so we can provide either the refund or return address.
Important: Please wait for our email with the authorized return address before shipping. Do not use the address on the original package, as this is not our returns address. We cannot be
responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses.

Purchased thier anti snoring device for $99. First problem is the stick pads don't stick to you .If you get it to stick it comes off in a couple of hours.That doesn't really matter though because the stupid thing doesn't work anyway. I was duped by all the "great reviews " online.

Device didn't work. Customer service was terrible. They made me jump thru hoops trying to get a refund. The return costs were extremely high. They offered me a 10% refund and I could keep device. Be careful with this site. Read all the reviews.

Montre GPS commandée et livrée au bout d'une semaine. Seul reproche, je devais recevoir un mail dès l'envoi, je ne l'ai pas reçu. Par contre suite à une demande de ma part par mail, j'ai bien eu un retour comme quoi je serai livré sous 48 heures. Délai respecté.

Scam all the way! I ordered an anti snoring device for $99.00 and i received four plastic VW emblems. It comes from China..... should've known. I filed a dispute on my credit card.

Company does not declare they are based in Hong Kong. Even when contacted immediately they will not cancel order. They only advise they are HK based once you discuss returns. However they try to get you to keep product by offering increasing refunds from 5% up to 20%. I would happily return item, but postage costs are high. My credit card company has frozen the original payment, but company will not take responsibility for some of the return postage.
I would not have purchased if I'd realised they were based in Hong Kong. Will be more careful in future.

I bought a video doorbell from mivrass, over a week ago and I paid extra for express delivery.
So far, I have not received it and not and answer or reply from them, when I contacted them, requesting an order update.
First and last time that I will order from them.

Total scam! Like others, I knew something was off when it took weeks to arrive and once it did, had no branding on the watch itself. It worked great for a few weeks until the battery died and needed to be charged. It wouldn’t charge. Dead watch. Back and forth with “customer service” for weeks as they strung me along. Finally ended on a similar offer others describe: small percentage refund and I keep the watch or full refund if I pay to ship it back with all sorts of stipulations. After all I’ve seen and read (unfortunately I didn’t see all of this BEFORE purchasing), I don’t think I will see any refunds. The “stipulations” are just another tactic to pin the problem on me and not give refund. TOTAL SCAM! BEWARE!

I purchased a Mivras electric razor from Mivras that cost £89-99p but after a few weeks it literally fell apart. I wish I had read the reviews on here before my purchase so I could have avoided buying from them and bought locally. Avoid this company. I left one star rating because its not possible to leave a nought.

Watch arrived as described, but has now malfunctioned after a swim. Is supposed to be waterproof and suitable for 5Atm. Load of rubbish, compass didn’t work from day one. GPS gave a message that it had expired about day 30. It did track my runs and did survive 1 swim but not 2. So simply crap quality product. Have made contact to get refund and will except a similar fate to all the others here.

La montre arrive effectivement après un mois de commande. Elle vient de Hong Kong précisément. J’ai bien reçu le produit mais je voulais le renvoyer car ne me convenait pas finalement. Le service client me répond, mais les frais de livraison aller + retour sont à ma charge, donc environ 60€ minimum, des frais de 15% de remboursement sont appliqués. Enfin bref au final rien ne vous est remboursé. Je ne conseille pas du tout d’acheter cette marque fuyez. J’ai même pas testé la montre encore mais même pas envie je me dis que c’est cheap au possible.

DO NOT BUY/TRUST. I ordered the Mivrass smartwatch. It said it was tracking and delivered to me. It was not. When I inquired to the company, Noone responded. Thankfully my credit card company refunded my purchase. Save yourself the hassle and money!

I am only giving 1 star because I cannot leave 0! fake scam company. Ship low quality goods then refuse to refund them unless you pay to ship the item to a false Hong Kong address. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!!!

Similar to another customer I ordered their shaver after going through trustscorelab which reviewed the razor as 9.8 out of 10, clearly not the case as it is nothing even close to the one advertised and no attachments.

Have asked for a refund as it is not the product advertised. They did get back to me with the following options.
1.A refund of 3% of your order value while keeping the product. That's £2.70 from £89
2.Refund with the following conditions
-I pay for the initial delivery to me, and the return delivery to Hong Kong
-Return delivery is approx £35
-They will deduct 15% handling fee
-It will take approx. 1 month to process
-I have to provide tracking info
-No refund if not cleared by customs

A rough calculation is that it's approx. £50 costs to get £40 back from my £89. I will be in contact with my credit card company. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY

Do not buy a Mivrass shaver, they are absolutely rubbish, poor quality, very little power, it pulled out facial hair rather than cut, when I complained they were unhelpful and said I had to pay all costs to return it plus a handling charge, I cannot stress enough how bad this product is

I ordered 2 air purifiers and only received 1 in december. I asked them where the rest of my order was and they contacted evri and dpd. However no joy i said cancel my order as i am sick of waiting for a response and they wont send me a refund for the lost air purifier and are ignoring my emails. The customer service is awful and no way of getting my money back. Its just a big con.

I bought this watch as they said on their website has a feature to track your walking plan with a GPS But it does not. Even doesn't show messages. definitely rubbish. Costumer service absolutely is the worst one, they're asking £35 for return
