Third time using this service and whole experience was fantastic kept fully upto date on the portal at all times and enabling you to go back to reread things if necessary. All the staff really helpful and would not hesitate recommending or using again . Top class service at reasonable prices.

We are first time buyers so we have no other conveyancing experience to compare to, but MJP have been amazing so far for us. The online portal is a bit overwhelming at first with all the information, but once you get to grips with it the communication is very transparent, updates are almost daily, responses very quick (within a few hours typically) and things seem to be moving along as fast as possible. They also seem to have picked up on small details about the property we are buying and raised relevant enquiries. They also very quickly turned things around to meet an exchange date we and the rest of the chain requested. Would definitely recommend and use again!

MJP utilise an online 24/7 portal to manage communication, status/progression & documents. I found this handy when trying to juggle a hectic personal/work life with a first time house purchase.

For trickier parts where I felt that a back and forth discussion was needed I was able to utilise the portal to arrange a call back at a convenient time.

At no point did I feel MJP were not on top of the situation or dragging their feet (a common problem in the industry from what I hear).
