Matthew, James and Karen are all brilliant. Super responsive to all issues, large and small, and technically superb engineers. They have installed my boiler and resolved issues with underfloor heating, and have also put in a fabulous aircon unit to boot. Recommend them to anyone in W/SW London - they're a superb crew.

Outstanding service.
I have been using MK Heating to maintain my plumbing (boiler and central heating system) for 20-odd years, originally because the boiler manufacturer was unable to diagnose and rectify a fault. MK identified it within a few hours and sorted the whole system within days. I have also had them install a new boiler, for annual servicing, and (most recently) for ad hoc emergency repairs. The practical expertise is utterly reliable and the service has always been amazing - punctual, quick, very professional, and very accommodating.
I’ve recommended them to friends all of whom have had similarly glowing experiences. I’m afraid this review may sound a bit unreal but I have never had any cause for anything except praise. You can maybe find a cheaper company, but for a reliably speedy service I sincerely doubt it!
