i haven’t received my order after…

they managed to communicate well however i’d have liked to know the cut off for the next day shipping times made easier for me to see

Hello you purchased 1 Maggie lite at 4:53pm, this was past the cut off point which is 4pm. So therefore your order will be dispatched at 4pm the following day, which is today.

Cut off times are showcased on the header of our website. Or alternatively you can view our shipping policy for more in-depth information regarding cut of times.

Regarding the pop up offer it only states you will receive one free pot with your order which will be added by our team, and that’s why the code was provided so our team would know, that is why you did not see the extra items in the basket.
