I used to smoke 40 cigarettes per day for 30 years and I have tried to give up numerous times. I have tried vapes, nicotine pouches, nicotine chewing gum and patches and nothing seemed to work until I have just been introduced to MKPod Plug and tried the nicotine pouches. My favourite right now is the RAVE mango 20mg. I have not touched the cigarette for just over two months now and I have no urge to smoke either. MKPod Plug thank you.
